Rene Levy at South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Mr. Levy help me feel the most comfortable within this dealership. He spoke to me honestly as well as advise me on the best route. Never felt pressured which is important when dealing with a car dealership. I wasn't even at the this dealership long enough to say I was tired of waiting. I drove away with a new jeep wrangler. I waited two months tried three places and South Oak really came through.

I'm a retired school business mgr who purchased several vehicles from Southoak Dodge. They were always the best to deal with so when I needed a new van I dug out my business cards and sent them initial emails followed up by telephone calls. They came through again with immediate responses and the best price/deal overall. I live in Oak Lawn but it was well worth the drive to purchase through Southoak Dodge! I would highly recommend this dealership and Rene Levy in particular. They know how to respond to needs and listen carefully to all requirements to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price!

The sales staff Rene and Craig were excellent. There knowledge and dedication were exceptional. They showed me a really great car and did everything in there power to get me into it. They worked with the creditors and the dealership to get me a car I love at a price I could afford. I really enjoyed my car buying experience and would definitely shop with them again.

Last Saturday, I was attempting to inquire about the value of my trade in via Black Book.com, when I received a phone call and e-mail from Shannon Guest. To be honest, I was surprised to get that fast of a response since I did not even know of her or of this dealership, and made no attempt to contact them prior to them contacting me. However, I am so glad that Shannon did contact me. Shannon took the time to hear my story about the difficulties that I was having with the local dealers in trying to buy a new car. She was also able to make accommodation's for me when I explained to her that her store was over an hours drive from my home, as well as the difficulty I was having in getting the credit needed to make a purchase. To be honest, I wasn't sure that I could get a new car since every other dealer told me that It was next to impossible to do what I wanted. So, I told Shannon that because of this I wanted to try and arraign everything ahead of time before I drove out there. Shannon was very easy to deal with, and put me at ease about buying a car from South Oak Dodge. Shannon took all my information and then put me in contact with Lisa Castillo, who also is fabulous to deal with, and she explained what she needed to finance the car. After spending a few days talking to both Shannon and Lisa over the phone, I felt very at ease dealing with this dealership and felt that this was going to be a totally different experience than I was accustomed to. Lisa arraigned all the financing before I even came into the store to actually see the car, and everything that was told to me over the phone was the same when I arrived. When I came into the store, Rene Levy introduced himself to me, and Lisa told me he would handle the paperwork and show me the car, and if I liked it, everything was all done and approved. I was in and out of the store in about 2 hours and had myself a new Jeep. Oh, and one other thing - Lisa was able to LOWER my FINANCE RATE from what I was quoted ahead of time, which lowered my payment and allowed me to be able to afford an extended warranty. That was a most pleasant surprise to end my transaction! If you have any doubts about buying a car, and want to speak with someone who will treat you will 100% respect and actually listen to you, and then deliver on what they promise you - then THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP to buy a new or used car from! If I could rate them higher than the 5 stars, I would because THEY DESERVE IT!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy. We bought a car there before and very satisfied. It is the first place we look when we are interested in looking for a car.

The team at South Oak Dodge went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a great deal for a good price. My salesman, Rene Levy, worked diligently and even came in on his vacation to make sure that everything went well with my deal. HATS OFF TO SOUTH OAK DODGE!!!

I was referred by a friend. I was very pleased with the service I received from ALL the staff at South Oak Dodge, especially from my salesperson Rene Levy . He made sure I was happy with my selection and met my every need. Everyone there is very nice, professional, and hospitable. I will definitely recommend South Oak Dodge to my family and friends!
