I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business at the University of Puget Sound in Washington State. Subsequently, I moved to the Caribbean, where I met my gorgeous wife and had one child. After five years there, we decided to move to Florida and recently had our second child. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, bowling, and drag racing."

When I said a competitor had offered significantly more for my trade in he became argumentative and tried to explain that a vehicle with an MSRP of 55k brand new is actually only worth 37K brand new. Don't waste your time with this place. More

Unprofessional I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy would not be there for my 6 p.m. appointment. He told me to ask for a Ricardo. We were on time but the vehicle we wanted to see was "lost" because they have such a large inventory and could take a "couple of months" to find. I specified what I was looking for in the vehicle. They didn't have one on the lot. He made no attempt to check their other storage inventory for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. When we went to take a test drive for an Edge on the lot he informed us that he had another appointment in 10 minutes. This was distressing since we had had an appointment too. This made us feel unimportant. We were given a very short test drive basically down the street make a u-turn and return. The next day I got an email asking when are we would be available to come by and "wrap it up". I ended up buying at another dealer and had a great experience. More

Worst buying experience ever. I have purchased car's from dealerships for 37 years and this is by far the worst buying experience ever. The sales staff lies repeatedly promising you one thing delivering on nothing. I purchased a new F-150 had it delivered out of state and the truck was never cleaned up inside or out. The first time I have got a new truck, promised by Tommy Shelly it would be serviced washed and waxed but received it as dirty as was left on the lot. Buyer be ware Tommy Shelly and Ricardo Liburd will lie I have proven them both wrong by emails. It seems they don" know what the word truth means. Also left calls to many times to count and they never return your call. This dealership is extremely rude and unhelpful. Also they will never let you talk to the General Manager concerning a problem. Sincerely Never Again. More
