We visited another VW dealer before coming to Herzog-Meier. The other dealer was the worst experience. Sceptical, we contacted Richard Kim at Herzog. WOW!!! What a difference. He made us feel like customers of the year. We got a great price (as promised), we felt special and he was on the ball. Please see this dealer before going else where!

Richard Kim is a very nice and patient sales person to work with. He gave us lots of freedom to chosse the car we wanted. We almost forgot he's a sales person when we talked to him, instead, feeling like a friend who knows car a lot. The purchase experience was quite pleasant, simple, and quick. Pricing is extremely competitive. Highly recommended for your next auto purchase.

Richard Kim is a great salesman! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and has great customer service. He printed out a number of sheets with prices and options for the VW Jetta trims that we were considering to help us decide. The car buying experience went very well and was relatively speedy. We drove off the lot with a great new VW Jetta at a great price. I would recommend Herzog-Meir Beaverton and Richard in particular for anyone looking to buy a new or used VW in the Portland area. Thank you Richard!

These guys worked really hard to find the exact car that I wanted, in the exact color that I wanted, and had it delivered there for me in less than 10 days. They were fun, personable, helpful, answered all of my emails, and made the whole car buying experience feel like chips and a beer. I'm very happy with my new VW!

5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.

I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.
