Richard Knel at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru

We dropped in to see Richard Knel about a used Forester and ended up purchasing same day. Again Richard was listening to our needs as we have purchased our 2nd Subaru from him. Paul, Marty and Rich Knel got me the car I chose at the price I chose and they were complete professionals. Their professionalism and work ethic is what convinced me to drive 125 miles to buy a car from them instead of going to the three local subaru dealers around me. Bill kolb is worth worth than 5 stars on every level. Thanks for making this buying experience so easy!!!

Bill Kolb had a a very good inventory and selection of Subarus. The sales people were easy to work with. Best price of the several dealerships we visited. Fair and professional. This new car is the fourth Subaru that we've purchased over the years - the first at Bill Kolb Jr. Sergio knowledgeably answered my many questions and patiently rode with me on several test rides. Marty efficiently handled all the insurance and pre-purchase finance questions. Rick clearly explained all the purchase paperwork. When we picked up our car, Gary Mendelsohn took over an hour to really explain all the mechanics of the car and its instruction manuals to make sure that we were happy with it and were comfortable driving it home. Would definitely buy another Subaru from this dealership again and will recommend them to our friends.

In the beginning of January I went into Bill Kolb Subaru with my son. This was my son's first automobile purchase. When arriving we were met by Richard Knel. He showed us around to different vehicles and took my son for a test ride on a Subaru Impreza that he liked. As it turned out my son purchased the vehicle. Richard was very polite, professional, easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience dealing with Richard and made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle one to remember. Richard made sure everything was taken care of so when we picked up the car, nothing was pending but to sign a couple papers and drive away with the new car.

I was looking for a new car myself and went back to Bill Kolb a week ago. Again, I went to see Richard Knel and my experience was the same as above very polite, informative and professional.
We have now Purchased 4 subaru's in the last 10 years from Bill Kolb Subaru and would highly recommend to others. All experiences have been good.

We spoke to Mr. Knel and upon arrival, we were paired with Mt. Holman Cano. Mr. Cano was there with us throughout the entire process. He was informative, friendly, professional. Even when it might seem that we could be displeased by others (Paul) yet, he attentively listened and responded appropriately, until everything was smoothed out. Even when we asked a question to which he didn't have the answer right away, he'd find it within a few minutes making sure that no question was left unanswered. Ultimately, we purchased a car that well-suited us (2012 Subaru Legacy) even better than we expected. Though we were going to get a Tribeca at first. The price was spectacular when compared to other dealerships. We'd definitely return when we're in need of another vehicle and excellent service. Ultimately, in the end, everything worked out well. I needed a new car on a limited budget. Sales Consultant, Richard Knel, was a reassuring gentleman throughout the process. He worked with my wife and me patiently listening to our needs and detailing a variety of options. When money became a top priority, he introduced the idea of a low mileage pre-owned car. We found a 2010 model with everything we wanted plus some options for just over $20,000.

The next morning, I returned to look at the car in daylight. No one was available to work with me. An elderly gentleman behind the counter stood up and escorted me outside to find the selected vehicle. It was Bill Kolb, Jr. himself! He was very positive and helpful.

Paul Spiegel was efficient and very clear in going over all of the financing details.

I will return to this dealer for my next car, too!
