My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
Robert had placed an ad on craigslist.org for our van, we liked it so we gave him a call. There was no answer so we left a message and he was very quick about getting back with us. When we showed up the next day to look at the van, Robert was busy so we delt with Rick. He was very easy to get along with and quite friendly. We started out telling him that we were cash buyers and would not be financing. We told him our budget and that we weren't going to be talked into a higher dollar car, so not to waste his time and ours. He was very respectful and understanding and stuck to our price range when other salesmen at other dealerships always ended up trying to talk us into spending more. There was no pressure in his sales. He understood that we were on a budget and looking to get the most for our money and he made sure that we got the best deal possible. We ended up buying our van from him, and it was a great experience! Thanks so much, Rick!!

The salesman, Richard, was pleasant and patient with us and understood our needs as a first time Honda customer. He was knowledgeable on the model and its available options we were looking at and ultimately helped us strike up a deal we all could agree on. Friendly, Professional, fair and easy to deal with. Overall great experience! We have purchased 2 new Hondas from this location. Service Dept. is also easy to deal with, great experiences (regular maintenance only). Any staff we have dealt with were always courteous.
