When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted and helped by finding the salesperson we were looking for. John Ostlund was the salesman we were looking for. John and Rick worked as a team, there was great teamwork of the employees along with being friendly and answering all of my questions.

My Review of Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen:
I had no idea when I was playing around on my computer, that I could purchase a new car, and get the great service that I got from the Dean Team dealership. It was fantastic. I looked in to several places, and Rick Cody was the first one to call and answer my lead. My husband had seen a Forester commercial on T>V. and was talking about it so I thought I would check in to it. When Rick Called and said he was in Ballwin, the first thing I said was thats kind of a long way for me to go to look at a car since I live in Edgar Springs, he said he could bring it to me. And my car buying experience, from Rick, to the lady that answers the phone, to Dave and his wife who brought the car down for me to see and then delivered it after the extra's I wanted were installed, it has been wonderful, I have already recommended you to a friend he is looking for a Volkswagon in the near future. Thank you all for the great service. Who knew you could by a car and never have to leave your house.!!! Thanks Again.

Rick Cody and Dave Liss were absolutely fantastic!! I made intital contact through the internet sales link and both Dave and Rick were very prompt to get back to me in a timely manner. Both Dave and Rick were very helpful and didn't push me at all. John Ostlund helped me as well when Rick and Dave were unavailable. I think the Dean Team does a wonderful job dealing with customers over the internet. In the end, Rick handled my sale and went out of his way to complete the deal in a very seamless and transparent manner. There was no pressure like you see at many other dealerships. Overall, the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. At delivery Rick took the time to explain all the features and did not appear rushed to get me out the door. Rick is very friendly and was extremely professional. I highly recommend doing business with Rick and the Dean Team!!

This dealer is a half hour drive from our home but we go there because of how well we're treated - we get a loaner while the car's in service so that we can do our shopping! What a luxury! We recommend them wholeheartedly. (Bought our new car there as well)

I enjoyed working with Rick Cody. He was very helpful and didn't push me a bit. He was very fair to deal with. I think he does a wonderful job dealing with people over the internet. I am almost 5 hours away from this dealership, and I bought a used car from him. Rick was very good about getting back to me in a timely manner. We communicated mostly with email. I would recommend others to purchase with Rick.

The only part I was a little dissapointed with was how I was treated by the Finance guy. Other then that my experience was good.
