I am a proud father of 4 great kids. My wife Caryn and I are dog lovers and have a Chihuahua named Chia!! We own a home and live right here in Manchester. When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. New truck deal done completely over the phone/internet I was in the market for a Ram 2500 truck. I knew exactly what I wanted and I conveyed this to Rick Goulette @ Bonneville. I even sent him the link f I was in the market for a Ram 2500 truck. I knew exactly what I wanted and I conveyed this to Rick Goulette @ Bonneville. I even sent him the link for the exact truck which was at another dealer that neglected to get back to me. Within hours he responded with a fair price. We agreed on the deal and I picked the truck up a few days later. Deal was completed over the phone/internet. This is the 2nd car I purchased this way. I can say, by far, this has been the most positive and upbeat experience I have ever had when buying a car. My salesman, Rick Goulette, did everything in his power to put the car of my choice in my hands. He was so positive about the deal and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Believe me, he worked very hard. I am still shaking my head at this fantastic experience and getting the perfect vehicle at the perfect price with the perfect salesman. The salesperson you want when purchasing your next vehicle! I had an appointment to discuss leasing a Dodge Challenger and was introduced to Rick Goulette. I purchased two other vehicles at Bonneville and my sa I had an appointment to discuss leasing a Dodge Challenger and was introduced to Rick Goulette. I purchased two other vehicles at Bonneville and my salesperson was no longer there, great dealership and service department. From the moment I started talking to Rick I knew he was the right salesperson for me. He is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the product and process. He was happy to assist me and took the time to make sure I got the right vehicle and a good price. After many searches trying to locate a car with the equipment I wanted we ended up having to order my Challenger. Rick took the time to make sure the car included everything I wanted, he even recommended the red brake calipers which make the car really stand out. He worked an awesome deal for me and kept in touch while I was waiting for the car to arrive. He promptly returned calls even on his day off. Rick is definitely the salesperson you want on your side when purchasing your next vehicle. More

Friendly, Knowledgeable, and clean. I came to Bonneville just to browse my options and look into financial opportunities. Rick, sales rep, came right out and asked to help me with all of my questions. He was very educated on the RAM Trucks and all the features that would be best suited for me. We picked a truck and went on a test drive. It was clean, well presented and also had been taken care of very well. I did end up discussing the payment opportunities and decided to drive away with the truck that day. I am very happy with my decision and as a first time Car buyer, Rick treated me very well walking me through every step of the process with patience and my interests in mind. I will continue to return and recommend you do as well. More

Rick walked me through the whole process taking time to explain the options that I have, and he listened to everything that I wanted in a car. I provided him with my price point and he never exceeded it, and provide his expertise of Jeeps and what would best meet my needs within my price range. After I decided to move forward Rick re-explained and took me step by step through the paperwork and process of buying; he even provided me with snacks! Upon leaving I truly felt appreciated and Rick continue to follow up to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I am excited to be apart of the Bonneville and Son family and would definitely recommend Rick to anyone that is looking for a car. More

Very Clear and Easy. N. Wheeler I saw this car in the lot at first after hours and was very interested. I called the dealership the next morning and spoke to Rick to get to know basi I saw this car in the lot at first after hours and was very interested. I called the dealership the next morning and spoke to Rick to get to know basic info about the vehicle. He was very clear on the phone and told me what to expect when I arrived. I made an appointment to see him about 2 hours later--very quick. He knew exactly who I was. I'm a young guy looking for a car so maybe I'm not a surprise. Anyway, he had a very positive vibe. Right away, we went for a test drive. I did not need to show anything, although of course I did. We talked a bit during the drive and it was great. After the nice test drive we went into an office area to discuss specifics. I genuinely was interested in this car and wanted to move forward. Rick made it very easy by having me put down a security deposit so no one could take the vehicle--refundable if necessary. We talked about pricing and they were able to reason with me very well. I thought it was a fair deal. Setting up my finance plan was straightforward as well. I took a couple days to think it over and I decided right away to buy the car. I took it for another test drive and did my own personal inspection. I found two minor things I wanted fixed and Rick said they would fix it no questions asked. The last day, I went to the dealership to finalize everything. First thing we did was tour the main building and the service area. The dealership seems very confident with helping their customers with any issues. Rick was very concise in explaining everything. The whole process from start to finish took an hour. It was truly a pleasure and I would do it again for certain. I try to be a little cheap like all of us and look for cheap cars in those shady dealerships. I think the best thing to do is to go to Bonneville and Son. They have a solid relationship with the customer--I felt very comfortable. I'm sure all the salesman are awesome but Rick in particular was the guy to see. He will help in a timely manner. Please take the time to look at their selections and get to know their staff.
