Racked up a $1400 rental car bill fo replace our family van during that time. Picked the van up, they didn't fix anything. The dealer GM reached out to talk to me about my experience. He admitted they're understaffed and wait times are long. He offered to cover half my rental fee only if I brought the van back for repair. Yeah right. So he did nothing. All they're fault. Zero accountability without strings attached. Paid $1400 to park my car at they're dealership for 3 weeks. Hard to believe adults claiming to be professionals act this way. What a nightmare. I am happy to spread the word about this scam dealership. More
