My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This is my 6th Honda to lease from St. Louis Honda since 1998. I have leased my last three cars from Rick Murphy and found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and honest, and able to provide me with a fair deal. This last transaction was an "upgrade" I qualified for by being a loyal Honda customer. Their system notified them when I brought in my 2011 Pilot for service, noting that I was slightly "over" my mileage allotment. They contacted me to see if I would be interested in trading up for a 2012 model at the same price and starting my mileage over. Absolutely! The transaction was seamless and the new car is fantastic -- I'm truly enjoying all of the additional bells and whistles that come on the 2012. I would definitely buy/lease another car from Rick/St. Louis Honda and I'd tell all my friends about him and the dealership.

St. Louis Honda has been my dealership of choice for an
Odyssey van and now my 2nd Accord..during the sale and service they
have exibited an outstanding approach towards me as a customer.

Granted no-one really wants to go through the process of buying a
new car, but when that time comes IMO Dave Mungenast's dealership
deserves a thumbs up for making the process as pleasant an experience
as possible.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
I had a great experience with Rick whom provided me a simple and fair deal on my 99 Accord 13 years ago. And that is the reason I came back to STL Honda without serious consideration for othe other Honda dealers. I knew that I wanted a 2012 Honda Fit. I initially contacted Clayton online and received a fair offer for the Fit. I then came in to STL Honda and negotiated with Rick for a fair price for my trade-in and drove home in the new Fit. The overall experience was again simple and fair. It was great to deal with Rick again.

My buying experience of 2012 Honda Accord EXL-V6 at St. Louis Honda was great. This is the third Honda Accord I am buying from them. People are very friendly and very helpful.Their service department is really great and so is their workmanship. The person who sold the car was Rick Murphy. He is very friendly and very helpful. He gave me a good deal. Rick takes care of his clients very well even after the sale. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy Honda cars at St.Louis Honda.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This was our second purchase from this dealership. We had such a good experience the first time, we went all the way from Chicago to St. Louis to buy our second car. We just trusted them to deal with us fairly. Sam Martin was very responsive and friendly over the phone as we worked out a deal long-distance. Then, because he would not be in the day I could come in, he arranged for his colleague, Rick Murphy, to help me out. Rick was wonderfully friendly and very well organized. It was nice to see salespeople work as a team instead of being too competitive. Tom Barr, the business person, was very friendly as well. I was amazed that he could carry on a pleasant conversation while working his way through the pile of forms. Even though I was there for a while, it really didn't seem like time was dragging by slowly. During the closing process, Tom calleed in his colleague to confirm some items. I was just really impressed by how the group worked as a team to work through the sale.

Rick is a real professional, very straight forward and neither full of himself or any discernible BS. He had the new Honda Ridgeline that I wanted at an acceptable price, much more competitive than the guy who says "where price sells cars" and who didn't even have the vehicle to sell. I have been in the Sales and Sales Management business for over 45 years and I enjoyed the encounter and experience with my purchase from Rick. That is something that I can't say as regards to most other vehicle purchases over the years. Clearly Rick is an asset to the dealership.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Both my daughter and sister have purchased new cars recently. They both had some bad experiences at other dealerships so so I tried to benefit from their stories. I did not go to the ones they didn't like. My daughter had purchased a Honda from St. Louis Honda a vew years ago and spoke favorably of the dealership, both when she purchased the car and the service while she had it. My sister did visit the dealership and was happy with the service she received but bought a different make. So, I did my research, decided what make and model I wanted and went to St. Louis Honda. I had called ahead and spoke with Rick Murphy. He was waiting for me and my husband when we arrived and immediately began showing us the car I was interested in. He was friendly, professional and very informative, making our buying experience enjoyable.
I will certainly recommend Rick and St. Louis Honda to others. And, I am very happy with my new, red, Fit.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Stopped by to get some info on the Insight. Wanted to compare it against the Prius. We have had some past experience with this dealership many years ago and purchased an Accord back then.

After talking to the salesman we decided on probably purchasing the Insight but none were in stock. The salesman stated some were expected and kept us informed during our wait. Shortly after the car's arrival the salesman contacted us. We test drove and purchased the same day.

Our experience with this salesman and others at the dealership were knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy and didn't try to make us purchase anything we didn't want.

A day after our purchase we had the exterior/interior package done on the car. Service was quick and professional.

Would definitely refer others. Oh yes, we love our 2011 Honda Insight. In fact we may end up purchasing another car from this dealership in a year or so.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Rick was great! He listened to my needs and helped me get the car we wanted for a great price. When our vehicle was delayed in arriving, he and Jamie (sales manager) helped us out by putting us in another vehicle until our arrived. That went way beyond the level of service I've gotten from other dealerships. On top of that, our finance manager, Ivo was on top of everything as well. He made us feel like we were not signing out lives away butr comfortable and well informed of all the different options we had on financing and extended services. We are so happy with our purchase from Mungenast Honda and would wholly recommend them again and again to friends and family looking to purchase a new or used car!
