Rick has been my service representative for almost 3 years and I am always pleased with his professionalism. He understands how important my vehicle is to me and informs me of the status of my service throughout the day. Most recently, he did his best to ensure my vehicle was ready on a Friday night since I was leaving for the weekend. Rick is very knowledgeable and also incredibly personable, which is why I continue to bring my car in to Park Ave.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Let me begin with the facility: Park Avenue BMW has really built a beautiful service center. Its conveniently located near NYC (I work in Manhattan), its large, clean, green and offers great amenities like computers, large screen TVs, high quality snacks and beverages. But the only disappointment is that I never get to take advantage of these things since they rarely ever make me or anyone else wait.

Above and Beyond: That's really the best way to describe the service offered by Park Avenue BMW. I've been to a number of different dealerships, including Brooklyn, Manhattan and New Jersey and Park Avenue is not even in the same class. In fact I only discovered Park Avenue when another BMW dealer in New Jersey turned away my business because I didn't give them a 5 star rating on an earlier service. Well Park Avenue took me with open arms.

They do everything possible to make the customer happy. I had 3 other service centers claim that my repair was not covered under the original warranty, and Park Avenue BMW never hesitated to get the repair done as a warranty item. They noticed that my fender was loose, so they fixed it. They noticed that my valence broke, so they fixed it. They thought my fuel injectors weren't perfect, so they replaced them. I had a 3rd party insurance for my tires and rims, so they covered the bill and worried about the reimbursements on their own. Not 1 other dealership did that for me. I'm still waiting for $700 from the insurance company because BMW of Manhattan has taken over a year to send my invoice to them!! Want a loaner? Go ahead and try to get one from any of the other dealers in the area. Park Avenue BMW has never hesitated to give me a loaner, not even on same day services.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Having had a fairly comprehensive list of issues with my X5, I wanted to ensure I found a dealership that would be able to effectively address my concerns. I happened to stumble upon this site and because of the stellar reviews I decided to take my car to Park Ave to get serviced. I found the service center to be top notch in quality and service, much like the reviews suggested.

Rick was a tremendous help from the very beginning, nothing short of exceptional. He was a consummate professional; courteous, diligent and determined to resolve the issues associated with my vehicle. It was refreshing to see that Rick had my best interest in mind.

I am pleased to say that most of the issue's are resolved to my satisfaction. Although I still have one pending item, Rick is continuing to follow up and has provided the support needed to ensure this issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

I would recommend anyone looking to get their car serviced to do so at Park Ave BMW.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
My 7 month old 535ix BMW got caught in a flash flood which destroyed the engine. From the time I had the car delivered to the service facility to the time I picked it up, my service rep was terrific. Rick took care of everything, from helping me rent a car, to keeping in touch about the status of my car. He was so calm, and explained everything to me that had to be done, so that I was completely confident that the car would be returned to me "good as new". The new facility is large, clean and comfortable. People were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and will certainly keep me in the BMW family.

I like to go to this dealer anytime I have a problem with my 3 series even though I bought it from some other dealer. These guys are very professional and often give me an appointment the same day which is very convenient. The quality of work is great and I always come out happy.
