I went to see an advertised used Nissan (certified) that I was ready to purchase that night. The advertised price was 20k. I had written to ask what other fees would be added and was told over the phone "n I was ready to purchase that night. The advertised price was 20k. An email indicated taxes and licensing fees were excluded (nothing else) But in the test drive I was told $800 would be added for "documentation", (okay. fine) But then another $2,000 for (I don't remember what) and here's the kicker--the CERTIFICATION COST WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE--ANOTHER $4,000! In my 15 minute "negotiation" with "the manager" the drive-away price was never quoted though I asked for it I was told I could not put more than $10k in cash if I wanted "the price". I kept being given the monthly payment without an interest rate or the car's real final price. (REALLY?) I had spent an hour getting to this dealership. I don't recommend it. I'm a woman and went alone. I don't want to believe in 2023 that made a difference in how dumb they thought I would be or that I wouldn't want the answers I received over the phone to hold, or that I wouldn't want to know the real price, but it was a very distasteful experience. Afterward I realized that the front line salesman was uncomfortable during the test drive when I repeated to him what I was told on the phone and what my expectations were. It was a total and utter waste of time. More

In September I leased my second Sentra there and Rick was an amazing salesman to work with. He is so patience and very respected person knowing what vehicle and deal I wanted. My daughter was looking for a used Nissan Rogue, which we found at RT. 46 Nissan at a good price. We travel 1 1/2 hrs each way, two days, only to be bamboozled. Let me explain; Rick Torres, our salesman, was very nice showing us the car, and my daughter decided she wanted to purchase the 2017 Rogue SL at the internet price of $19395.00. Great price, but this is where the game starts. Rick told us that if we finance through their bank, the car would have to be dealer certified, which cost an extra $3995.00. We did not want to pay that extra amount, Rick and the finance salesman made this seem this was the only way to purchase the car, so we told Rick we would get our own financing without the dealer's certification. They said, ok, call us back if you obtain financing. My daughter and I left and went to our bank, which gave her a good rate; she called Rick the same day and left a message. We returned the next day and were told by the sales manager Bernard that the only way to purchase the car is to finance through them. I pointed out to Bernard and Rick that they needed to get their act together because none of these bogus requirements was listed on their website. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

Salesman Torres excellent. Financial man pleasant and knowledgeable. Not sure of I got the best possible leasing financial arrangement but I w never know. 2021 Murano somewhat disappointing because the n knowledgeable. Amazing since I have lease several and none of the Navi systems were great. More
