My experience with Bridgewater Acura was as seemless as possible. I worked with Mr. Rick Verso in the purchase of my certified used RDX, along with Bryan Hansen, and the used car manager Michael Lasko. They were extremly professional, kind and considerate during the entire process. I would highly recommend this particular dealership to all and any of my friends and family. They showed a genuine sense of care and concern for me and my family. I left there feeling completely satisfied and pleased with the overall dealership. I can't thank them enough. I live in Sparta, NJ and it was well worth the trip. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Bridgewater Acura, regardless of the distance. My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
After an internet inquiry i was contacted by Tina within 20 minutes. A very friendly and professional person without being pushy, She answered my questions and sent me all the detailed info I requested and setup an appointment for me. When I arrived on Saturday morning Tina greeted me and introduced me to Rick, who would be my sales rep. Rick was extremely thorough, very friendly and very knowledgeable. It felt like I had known for years after talking for just a few minutes. The entire transaction was as easy as could be. I sat with Brian in the finance department and concluded the purchase. The next day Brian called to tell me that after reviewing my loan, that he found a better deal he was able to save me over $3,000.00!

What more can you ask for?

I went to Bill Vince's Acura to buy a new MDX. The price I obtained was excellent. The staff were all professionsl, courteous and not pushy. They were all very knowledgeable about the vehicle. They went through the financing and logistics of purchasing the vehicle and taking my trade very efficiently. When I picked up the vehicle, they went over all its features very thorougly. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress free experience. I would recommend them to others.

Rick displayed the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. He did not make us wait too long between conversations with his manager. Rick listened to our needs and worked with us. When the manager wanted us to take the car that day, Rick did not push too hard. We did purchase the car and we did take it home that day,on Friday. All other employees seemed to be fine, however, we did not deal with anyone else too much. The clean up of the car was fine as well. I would definitely recommend them.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I went to Bridgewater Acura due to their sizable inventory of used sports cars. I was able to look at and test drive a number of cars, which enable me to have a good time and take my time and think about what was best for me. Everybody, from sales to the financing department, treated me extremely courteously and was professionally. I was very impressed with the experience and I would certainly recommend the dealership to others.

I was helped mainly by Chris Chiusolo and later with Rick Verso who were friendly and great to deal with. Chris is enthusiastic and knows more about cars than most anybody I have ever met.

I purchased a new 2011 Acura MDX and Rick made it very painless. They treated me with kindness and respect. I went in prepared with my price quotes from other dealers and they came in a little under. They also did not try to sell me useless accessories. I would highly recommend them.

I have had two previous leases from Bridgewater Acura and just went back for my third. Everyone who I have dealt with for the past 6 1/2 years have been wonderful. You won't feel pressured or forced into a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an Acura!
