Seen car on Internet, contacted dealer with questions. They answered questions promptly and set up viewing time. Worked with us on price. When our financing did not work out they were able to set up financing at same rate. We were in and out in a matter of a couple hours.

Very helpful in and it and easy transaction, had paperwork ready and I was only at the dealership a few minutes. I will buy my nexy aucto from the same person Ricky Murphy. Had some warrenty work done and I tell you they did a great job and I really appreicate the loaner car while mine is in the shop.

I was treated very well. It was my first time at Trapp and i am very pleased with my service and the way i was treated the momment i walked in the door. I will definitly use them in the future. They helped me out in every way possible to get me into a nice vehicle in my price range.

I was not treated like "just another stupid woman" by anyone that I spoke with at Trapp like I have been at other dealerships. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional, especially my salesman, Ricky Murphy. And the hot chocolate was a very welcomed treat on a cold day!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from the employees at Trapp Chevrolet. They stayed very determined to get our deal where we wanted it and made sure it happened! We will definitely recommend others to deal with Trapp. I mostly appreciated the Internet sales, dealing with Melissa. She was awesome!
