Ritch was great when I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in November. He went to bat for me several times when I had issues with the door locks. I have had some issues still with the brakes pulling to left eve November. He went to bat for me several times when I had issues with the door locks. I have had some issues still with the brakes pulling to left even though dealership replaced the calipers. I have been disappointed with that part. It was the easiest purchase I have made when buying a car. He made everything go very smooth. Jeremy in the main dealership was a great help too. More
