Let me start by saying i never take time to fulfill any surveys of any form!!!I had visited numerous Honda dealers in the Westchester County area.Starting at Curry Honda in Yorktown NY down to Central Ave Honda in Yonkers NY looking for the best price!No one was able to match the price given to me at New Rochelle Honda!!!If you are looking to purchase a Honda!I would highly recommend to take any price given to you at any Honda dealer.Then pay New Rochelle a visit to compare before you purchase!!!In addition to the outstanding customer service given by sales rep.David Lartey i can say i am truly a satisfied customer!Thank you!

I had a very, very good experience. The staff was very helpful, explained everything in detail and met my needs very well. They were expedient in helping me with my situation and getting me a car quickly. I would readily recommend this Honda dealership as well as the people who assisted me - Steve, Rudolph, and Ritesh - that is how impressed I was with my experience.

Going through the experience of buying a new car is not the number one thing I like to do but this dealership was so great at hearing my needs and fulfilling them. Worked with Ivan Chavez through the sales process and he tried so hard to make the deal work. He was professional and wanted to make the deal happen. He went to the sales manager (Ritesh Patel) several times to see what could be done. After the 4th or 5th time, Patel came out personally and told me that the numbers I wanted would be very difficult but he would go and see what they can do for me. Keep in mind that I was negotiating for a 2012, because the programs were much better. I was waiting at Ivan's desk and got a call from Patel saying that they can do the deal for a 2013!!! Because they didn't have the color combo I wanted in a 2012. WOW!!! So I walked out with papers signed with the deal I wanted on a 2013 and not a 2012 for the exact car/trim/color combo I wanted....AMAZING!!

Sajjad, the finance guru, was extremely courteous and professional. He emailed me with updates and informed me when everything was ready. Going in for the final signing was painless. He worked out an even better deal to help me with some end of lease options. I didn't even ask for it, but he took it upon himself to help me out. No hard selling on extras or warranties. Just an informative quick meeting to sign the rest of the papers.

All in all, the best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've had several. Will be referring friends and families looking for a Honda and will be back in the future for sure...

Chris was very helpful from the minute I walked in. He was professional and he was very fair when negotiating. He was a pleasure to deal with. I will be back to see Chris in 6 months when my wife's lease is up. We are loking to lease a Pilot.

It was a pleasure to work with Ronnie. This was our first time leasing a car and he made it an easy and pleasurable experience. From picking us up at the train station to walking us through the process, he was a pro. I highly recommend working with Ronnie to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Outstanding!

Normally I hate the whole car-buying process, but the people I worked with at Honda of New Rochelle made it easy, even pleasant. They took the time to explain everything and answer every question with patience and detail, and to understand my priorities. I would especially recommend Ben Thomas, who calmly walked me through all my options, reviewed all the features, unraveled the mysterious mountain of paperwork, and generally debunked all the "car salesman" stereotypes I've ever heard or met in person! He worked with me to get the car I wanted and needed, on timing and pricing, and I'm happy with the results.

Ronnie was great and very helpful. He helped me to get the best deal and never pressured me. He made it a comfortable environment and assured me that I was getting a great offer. He wasn't judgmental regarding my concerns and financial obligations. I assured him that I wanted to walk away happy in a car that I thought would be great. He helped me through every step and I am so happy with my new car. Ronnie is awesome if you want a great sales rep and who is proactive in trying to get you into the best car.

Monday, April 9, 2012 I went to Honda of New Rochelle looking for a vehicle promotion I saw online. At first I was hesitant in going to any dealer because many of them create fake ads. When I sat down with Ronnie he told me from scratch that they would grant me the offer I saw online. There I knew I made the right choice! I left very satisfied with his services. He was pleasant and detailed about everything we discuss.
