I can be a very difficult person, and I had NEVER had a favorable car buying experience. That changed on 04/19/2013 (or at least the part about the car buying experience). I had been emailing Barry London or a few weeks about a vehicle I liked; email was my perferred contact method. Barry was prompt on reply and informative. We finally decided to drive down to take a look in person, even though I was deading the experience. From arrival to departure Barry was great; knowledgable, personable and everything else I had never experienced while buying a vehicle. Negotiation was painless and fair. My trade was valued fairly and not nit-picked for every blemish and bump. We were mostly in shock being treated in such a friendly and fair manner. We agreed to the deal and then met Rob for the paperwork and payment. Thought things would go down hill from here, but it did not. The pleasant experience continued. Rob had even readjusted our deal so we paid a little less; wow. Barry gave us an overview of some of the features and changes from my previous model (things I would normally have to figure out myself, or look in the manual); spending all the time we needed until we were satisified. Great experience from start to finish. I even gave Barry a little hug when I left and I apologized for being difficult in my emails. Will I be going back - YES. Would I recommend - I will, and I have already. And be sure to ask for Barry!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. They made me completely at home and walked me through every step of the process making sure I was fully aware of everything was going on and how everything worked. From financing to service ever part of my experience was incredible. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else.

I love this dealer. They are always helpful. Life had thrown me a curve ball and I needed to juggle some cars around and buy a new one. Even though I was so upset and crying because of personal issues they helped me through it and made it very easy for me. I love them. Thank you for making things easy for me.

My first Mercedes Benz, purchased thru what I believe is the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
Everything went very smoothly, from the order process to the delivery.
Anton was very courteous and knowledgeable about all the questions I asked, and Rob went thru the paper work with ease.

I would like to make the first review right. I was a little premature on my first review as I had an issue with the vehicle I recently purchased. The stereo did not work and I did not give the dealer ample time to reply. The issue has been resolved and I could not be happier. Barry London went the extra mile to assure that I was satisfied. The entire buying experience at the dealership was above and beyond. They can be assured that in the future I will again do business with them and already gave reccomendations to friends and family. I feel that there are so many other business that could benefit from the customer service provided by Mercedes of Hagerstown, it's what it is all about the customer.
