Rob Carroll was a pleasure to deal with. he is low key, straightforward and very helpful. he made sure our visit went smoothly and efficiently. There was little waiting for anything. The price negotiation was quick, to the point and fair. While Mungenast did not have the exact car desired, Rob found one from another dealer for the same price. i would recommend him to anyone.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This was my first time buying a new car and it was due to unfortunate circumstances. I was in a hit-and-run accident that totalled my car. I didn't have collision insurance and my car wasn't worth anything because it was so old. Although I had been planning on purchasing a new car soon, I had hoped to wait a few more months.

The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. Rob was extremely helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. We test drove a Fit and I decided to buy one that was already on the lot.

While I was waiting, Rob checked on me frequently and even brought me something to eat for lunch. Everyone was really excited to be involved in my first new car purchase. Once everything was ready, Rob took me back into the office and bought me a key chain to congratulate me on buying my first new car. It was a really nice gesture.

If everyone hadn't been so nice and helpful (again, without being pushy), I wouldn't have bought that day. I had just planned on looking.

Outstanding experience. Everything was great on a cold wet Friday night. Rob could not have been more considerate or helpful. Delivery was perfect. Could not ask for more. Truck was ready and all features were explained in detail. I would highly recommend Rob.

Rob was very friendly and informative, and patient with me during my vehicle researching and buying process. He was willing to work with me to find a price that worked for both of us. If I have one "complaint", it was that I felt a little rushed, pressured, and overwhelmed the first day. But I didn't experience that the next time I came to the dealership, so part of that feeling may have been since it was the first visit.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Rob makes buying a new car an enjoyable experience, and I should know this is not the first new car I have bought from Rob. For those of you who would rather get a root canal than talk to a car saleman Rob is the guy for you. He is a low pressure very professional sales agent and makes you feel comfortable throughout the sales experience. He really knows his product and this shows as he describes all the features of the Honda. He will treat you, the customer, with respect and get you out the door with your new car as soon as possible. I traveled 200 miles to deal with Rob rather than deal with the Honda dealer in my home town so you must realize that Rob makes the travel worth you while. In summary, I recommend Rob to any one looking for a new Honda car and stand behind this review 100 percent.
