I have leased vehicles through Stevinson Lexus for 12 years. I decided to buy the current leased RX350. I had heard so many stories that turning in a lease or doing a lease buy out is such a hassle, I was not looking forward to the experience. I had nothing to fear. Rob handled the transaction with a couple of phone calls and emails and I was in and out of the dealership in a very short period of time, the lease buyout behind me. Stevinson has always taken great care of me - whether it is a lease or service. I always feel that I am their most important customer. This latest experience with Rob Denniston cemented my continued loyalty to Stevinson for all my automobile needs.

My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
I was given a very fair price for my ES350 on the trade and a more than fair price on the new 2013 GS350 that I bought. Rob and the staff at Stevinson are very friendly and worked with me throughout the purchase. In addition, their expert in tech sat down with me in the new car and went over all the features for more than an hour. Great buying experience.

this is our 6th car from Stephenson - and their service is unsurpassed!!!! It is a major purchase and everyone there always treats me like I've made a major investment. It's why I keep coming back. I've had cars with problems (it happens) and they have always taken care of me.

After speaking with Rob a few times on the phone my husband and I flew up to Lakewood,because our home is in Houston,TX. We were looking at the best deal on an all wheel drive RX350.
