I have leased many BMW cars over the years. This time I leased through Rob E . Rob was very patient, helpful and understanding to my needs. I feel totally comfortable calling him now even though i am already in my new car with any questions or concerns I may have. . It's great to know that he is there to help once the sale has gone through. Plan to use him again for my next new BMW. I would definitely recommend him!

My wife and I recently leased a new 328xi from Park Ave and Rob and had a great experience. We have leased from other BMW dealerships in the past, but on the recommendation of a friend we went to Park Ave. Rob was helpful not only with the new lease but also with returning the old one. I would and will definitely recommend Rob to anyone I know looking for a new car.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I called after hours by accident looking for a specific Pre-Certified BMW and the salesman was still there and very courteous. We met the following day and I purchaed the vehicle at a great price. The service was superb and the salesman answered all my questions and was very detailed orientated and knowledgeable. The whole process was hassle free and I would recommend both the dealer and Rob for anyone that is considering a BMW purchase. Great service and freindly demeanor goes a long way in securing buyer loyalty and a revist.

Leased my 6th. BMW from Park Avenue BMW. They have always been great to work with. They make the whole process painless. Rob Ermatinger has been our sales rep. He knows us and understands what we want in a car. No hard sell, just take care of the customer attitude. As an aside, their service facility is outstanding!

This was my first time leasing a BMW. I am very happy with my 328xi. After shopping around, (Lexus and Mercedes dealers), someone recommended Rob Ermatinger and I was very pleased with the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed great patience. I did not feel pressured or pushed into my decision. He made sure to thoroughly explain every detail so that I made the right choice. I will also be recommending Rob to others I know who are shopping for a car. I am sure this will not be my last BMW.

Rob was absolutely a pleasure. Most importantly, my parents bought an X3 months earlier, and he remembered me and valued my business that much more. He worked hard to get me a deal that I wanted, he didn't pull any punches. Honest, fair, and just an absolute joy to work with. This my 3rd experience with BMW, 2nd at this dealership. Now that I'm leasing my BMW, Rob has not only earned another customer in me, he's earned a client. I look forward to working with him again 3 years from now.
