After I bought my second VW there was leaking from sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been t sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been told by Mr Adrian that when they sell cars they says that loaner car will be available to buyers but the loaner car isn’t for everyone. If I got a chance I’ll sue them after talking to my lawyer. During these 2 years the leaking caused more damage to my car which will coast me 4000$ because they don’t give loaners cars to anyone.as I have been told. I set some days longer than 3 hours on the chair waiting. Never Ourisman never VW again. More

He did not talk to me like a salesman, but as a friend who understood my situation and decided to go above and beyond to help me figure out the best plan for me. He was patient, respectful, caring and thoughtful all at once. I have never experienced customer service like this ever before. Plain and simple, he takes the time to understand the customers needs, wants and concerns. It was a pleasure working with him so that i could walk away with my car.
