My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

Highly recommended dealership. I visited Elmhurst Toyota during April 2012 to shop for a new minivan due to our expanded family. I dealt directly with salesman, Rob Smithburg and owner, Kurt Schiele, and they took great care of me - from the moment I began considering a new vehicle to the day I drove off in the new van. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable in the showroom. Not only are the people at the dealership friendly and professional, the price was unbeatable and the process was simple. I have since brought the van in to have my protection plan completed, and I was also satisfied with the service staff. Finally, I would like to mention that a friend and relative both have done business with Elmhurst Toyota, and were also very pleased with their experience.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

I went to Elmhurst Toyota to look for a new car. I first test. Drove a Scion. I went home to think about it. Rob was very helpful in sending me emails about specials that Toyota was having. After a few months and gas prices going up, I went back to test drive a prius. I was able to get a good deal on my trade-in and a great deal on my new car. Todd was very helpful in getting the financial aspect of the deal. I have bought all my cars at Elmhurst Toyota and will continue to do so.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

This is the ONLY dealership I would go to in this area. I have been to 4 other dealerships so my point of comparison in this area is a qualified one. My experience with Elmhurst Toyota has me back as a customer with a second purchase and I expect to be making another auto purchase in the future. There style of education, respect for the customer and comfortable environment has won my confidence in their business.

My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

I had been looking for a clean Highlander for a number of months when I came across one on Elmhurst's website that had everything I was looking for. After a few email exchanges with their internet staff, it sounded like the one for me. But now comes the hard part - do I fly from Minneapolis to Chicago on the basis of a few email messages, and a handful of pictures?

I opted to roll the dice, and was glad I did.

Rob Smithburg made sure that someone picked me up at the airport (in the Highlander) to give me a ride to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. From the drive back to the airport, as well as my detailed inspection at the dealership, the car was as promised.

Overall, the process was painless and I appreciated that the staff at Elmhurst accurately represented the condition of the vehicle. As an added bonus, all the staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Rob was professional, courteous, and non-pushy. I got a fair price on my vehicle and the whole process was very smooth throughout. The dealership itself is clean and spacious, and has a nice comfortable waiting area. I'll be bringing my Tacoma here for service even though other dealers are closer to my home.

Everyone is pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable,willing to help with professional service and a wonderful sales associate and sales manager and general sales manager and service department. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry SE. Every question and need was addressed and I am glad and satisfied that I chose this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership they really do want to make sure you have a very good and positive experience and they value my business. My Review Of Elmhurst Toyota:

I called Elmhurst Toyota for help with buying a new Corolla. They transferred me right away to Rob who was incredibly helpful. He was very honest with me and helped me to finance the Corolla so I could afford the monthly payment. Since I am still in graduate school this was very important to me. While there, I did not feel like I was being pressured to buy, mostly because the car sells itself but also because Rob had a very relaxed demeanor about him. I would definitely go back there in the future when I need a new car down the road! My Dad said he would too!

the sales staff was very helpful when i stated a problem with the steering wheel they put the car on a lif to show there was no collosion or other repairs they also promised to have the wheel fixed and it was
