What I was most disappointed in was that, although I was notified that I needed brake fluid and an oil change, I was not notified that my maintenance agreement benefits was expiring on April 29th. My work notified that I needed brake fluid and an oil change, I was not notified that my maintenance agreement benefits was expiring on April 29th. My work done was May 6th and I was told that no exceptions could be made regarding extending the deadline. That has left a bad taste in my mouth for BMW. Our other car is a Lexus and we would receive notice regarding the end of our service contract. I feel that is a better customer/client relationship. I feel BMW would like their customer to miss their opportunity. More
