My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

I bought my car from Wilsonville Honda and take it there for service. I drive past Beaverton Honda about 30-40 minutes to go to Wilsonville even for a basic oil change.

The service team in Wilsonville goes above and behond with their customer service. They are very clear with their description of problems, they give me options, timelines and price points. They care. I trust them.

They are such a nice group of people, service with a big smile. They have a great sense of humor. They honor competitor's coupons if they don't have a better "deal" being offered. They always give me a loaner if my car needs to be there longer than a couple of hours. My car is always ready when they say it will be. And they clean it. They accommodate my schedule. They simply are terrific!

I recommend Wilsonville Honda to all my friends a couple of whom have actually bought cars there because of my experiences. We recently puchased a third car. We will be bringing it here for service, too.

I've been coming to Wilsonville Honda for all of my service needs since I bought my new Honda in 2006. The service department is always knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. They always explain things in detail to me and I know I can trust their recommendations. Additionally, Kristina, Jeanette, Jose and Rob are always very friendly and personable. I recommend friends, family and co-workers to this dealer all of the time.

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

The employees at this dealership are exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and always remember my name. My questions are answered and the work is done in the timeframe promised. The environment is quite nice, with the space always being clean and Wi-Fi is available. One of the things I like most is that there is appears to be no employee turnover in the service department, so that the same friendly faces are always there. It is a pleasure to have my service work done at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda.

I've been going to this dealership for several years to get my Honda serviced there. There is another dealership that is closer to my home, but I go out of my way to drive further to Parker Johnstone because of the excellent, friendly service I receive there!

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

We purchased our 2007 CRV new from this dealership. What a great car and easy buying experience. Since that time, we have had our vehicle serviced and maintained at Parker Johnstone's as well. Several great deals an incentives have worked out for us, but the best part of working with Honda in Wilsonville is that the staff take such good care of us. Not just the usual dealership experience. A shuttle of course, ability to wait in comfort with optional cookies and coffee, friendly people. All of these things are great. But we have also received help in a couple tough situations where we ended up saving an important amount of money. We will definitely continue with Parker Johnstone's Honda!

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

The service Department at Wilsonville Honda is the best service department around. They are always so welcoming and provide great service. I live in Beaverton and could go to another Honda dealer but I choose to drive to Wilsonville Honda for all my service needs.

I bought my first brand new car from Wilsonville Honda and the sales team is equally as good as the service department. I went in the prepared for a hassle and when pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the process was. When I get ready to buy a new Honda I will buy it from Wilsonville Honda!

Ease of doing business is important to me and Wilsonville Honda has it down!

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

My first visit to Wilsonville Honda was in 2009 when I purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treated me as if my car was the most important thing that they had to care for that day. Each and every time I had the FIT serviced I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy.

I returned to Wilsonville Honda when I was ready to trade my FIT. We were greeted by Brianna Steglat who very courtiously showed us the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all our questions and let us buy the car. We didn't feel pressured to buy one model over another. We purchased a Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. She made our visit to Wilsonville Honda a very pleasant buying experience.

I brought my Accord back to get several accessaries installed. Kristina Bangloy handled that work request in a pleasant and professional manner.

I wanted to get a Clear Mask applied to the front of my Accord and was referred to Trevyn Ashley who made the arrangements for me to make the purchase. He then made the arrangements at the service desk for me to bring the car in for the mask to be installed.

I brought the Accord back to have a Clear Mask installed. Service Advisor Rob Walker made that a pleasant experience. After the Clear Mask was installed I noticed that the fuel door was not covered. I brought that to Rob Walker's attention and asked him if he would make arrangements for that the be done as well. He called the servicing agency asked that the work be done and made the appointment for me.

Buying a Honda from Wilsonville Honda is an effortless and rewarding experience. I will no doubt get my next vehicle from Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda.

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

Had my 2002 Honda Civic serviced at Parker Johnstone for last few years. They have always made me feel like the customer, and that my car was important to them.

When I made decision to trade-in, I was not once rushed, hurried, or pressured into purchasing a new car or a car from them. They earned my trust.

Chris Nething was my Sale Professional that assisted me in my buying decision. He asked what I was looking for, and certain criteria for my car puchase. He presented a few options both new and used for me to review.

It was with a matter of minutes he had shown me a vehichle that not only met my needs but was the vision of what I had for my next new vechicle. The pricing for the vechicle was under sticker, and they gave me what I was looking for in my used car.

Thankyou. I am trying to get my wife to consider one of their other vehichles for a trade in for her car.
