My Review Of Toyota of Richardson:
We purchased a 2007 Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Richardson, and were blessed to work with Robert Alicea. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to treat us with warmth and consideration. The purchase itself was quick and went smoothly, but it's the events that took place less than a month later that have earned Robert such high stars in our book. Our Avalon had an air-conditioning compressor go out just 31 days after the purchase of the car, which caused damage to the air-conditioning system and radiator. Upon calling Robert (in a panic because we lived 4 hours away), he explained that the Avalon had a 3 month warranty and that we could work to get the car seen at our closest Toyota dealership to have the repairs done. Robert worked tirelessly to help us get the logistics worked out, was our liason between the Service Manager, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were not left "high and dry". He was the example of someone that took care of us, even AFTER the sale. The Toyota of Richardson Service Department and Business Office was amazing, as well. They went as far as to reimburse us for the amount of expenses we had to pay out of our pocket for repairs that were not covered by the warranty. We cannot say enough about this dealership's willingness to make sure that we were well taken care of...and for that, they have earned our business for life! Thank you, Robert, and all of your co-workers that helped make our experience at Toyota of Richardson a positive one!
