My Review of Tri-City Subaru:
Robert was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of Subarus and ease of working with clents made our experience incredibly easy. We made a preliminary phone call to come in and were pleasantly surprised to have cars waiting for us to demo at our arrival. We ended up going in a completely different direction than what we had planned and this was no problem what so ever with Robert. At the end, we were still not there with price and trade and went home.
The next morning we went over to Manchester and had a terrible experience. They do have the inventory but they also are a high pressure sell. They have to in order to move that many cars..... We ended up back with Robert and in a new car by the days end.

My Review of Tri-City Subaru:
We were shopping online for a good deal on a 2012 Forester to replace our 2004 Forester. Tri City was the first dealership to reply and they offered us a good price on an actual vehicle in their inventory. Their price was slightly better than Edmund's TMV for our zip code. Other dealers responded more slowly and tried to get us to come in to see what they had to offer. They wouldn't make a clear offer on price before we came to their showroom. That's why we went to Tri City. Robert Arthur, our sales guy, was great. He's friendly and explained the car in detail. The business manager was also a pleasure to deal with. We felt that we had a good experience and got a very good deal (with no trade in and no financing).

The experience with the dealership, particularly the sales person, Robert Arthur, was very commendable. I was treated fairly and with respect, neither of which seem to be present in many car dealerships. I would certainly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good used car and based upon my experience, looking for a new car as well.

Clean and neat showroom. There appeared to be an excellent relationship between sales employees. They realy seem to enjoy working togather. The owner, Roger, was around and also seemed to a excellent relationship with the employees. I had a friend who bought vehicles fron Tri-City Dodge. Also a good friend who was a car dealer owner for many years said Tri-City was a good dealership. Robert sales person gave a good explaniation of our new Suberu.

My Review of Tri-City Subaru:
We have 2 subarus now and owned 2 others previously and bought them all at TriCity. The sales staff were very friendly and informative. The service staff has been very accomodating both for regular service and the few repair issues we have had (mostly warranty work). I would definately recommend a Subaru, and have, and recommend TriCity specifically. Thank you Kim Raimer

From Day One, I have had the greatest experience,at this Dealer Ship.
We have now owned four Subaru Vehicles three of which have be Forester.
The Sales Person Arthur Robert, too the Service Advisor Sue Monaghan Too there receptionist. Have always been Cheerful,Courteous,Caring, and above all Knowledgeable of their products. These Folk get the job done right the first time and on time as quoted. And for a fair price! When you leave this car lot you feel like your leaving freinds.

My Review of Tri-City Subaru:
My husband and I decided we needed an AWD vehicle to help make travel easier during the New Hampshire winters and decided to look into buying a Subaru. Having purchased several new vehicles we prepared ourselves for the tedious process of negotiating both our trade and purchase price. It was all unnecessary. We met Robert Francis and he was wonderful to deal with. From the hassle free purchase to being available to answer any questions, Robert has changed my mind about car purchasing. I no longer dread the experience and will definitely visit TriCity Subaru and Robert when it comes time for my next purchase. If I learn of anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle I will highly recommend Robert and the staff at TriCity Subaru.

My Review of Tri-City Subaru:
I have been to approx 20 dealers from Berlin to Dover looking for a used car and I must say this is the most helpful, knowledgeable and most friendliest dealer by far. The process of buying my car has been a very pleasant due to the staff at Tri-City Subaru/Dodge from Ryan and Robert, but also from the "financial staff" Phil and Bob too. They were all extremely helpful.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Robert and Ryan.. You guys are the very best and I will tell my family and friends, this is the place to buy a new or used car.
