Dealership should translate to friendship".that was my experience @ Kelly with Robert crail..I highly recommend him & Kelly Mitsubishi "..I was up & down the auto mile on Lehigh St. all day in the cold till I found the most curious salesman..I bumped in to robert ..I'm rating u 5 star's because u were not only my car dealer but a friend as well thank u Robert for going that extra mile..& thank you for my BMW..330ci. Also so see u in a few months for 2 other car maybe 3...

Robert Crail worked so hard to get us the best deal possible. We were so very comfortable dealing with him. He treated us like a friend or parent. He is one of the nicest men we have had the pleasure to deal with.

I've been shopping around for a used car for about 2-weeks before I came across Kelly Risk Free in Allentown, Pa. I discovered Kelly Risk Free by a very competitive price I found on a 2008 Hyundai Elantra on cars.com. I called first to see if the car was still available. Salesman Rob Crail answered my call and told me the car was still available. I was very impressed with Rob's genuine concern for my search for not only a low mileage vehicle but a well maintained one too. He answered all my questions and helped me decide to visit that same night. Rob stayed all the way til they closed to allow me time to get home and change vehicles so he could get mine appraised while we checked out the car I was interested in. Rob turned out to be an honest salesman, no gimmicks, the used car I was interested was just like he said it would be. The car was clean, well maintained, completely serviced, with all new tires. The car was four years old but looked like brand new. All their cars look great on the lot. Rob then took me on a road test. The car handled like a new car when I drove it! During the ride I was also impressed with his deep knowledge of all the features and capabilities of the 2008 Elantra. Rob is a great guy, he made me feel relaxed, I really enjoyed his company. I wind up putting a deposit on the car and bought it the following day. Rob came in on his day off to help me finish buying the car. Rob is very dedicated to his customers and his job. Because of my experience with Rob and the rest of the staff at Kelly Automotive Group, I will definately return when I'm in search for my next car. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to visit Kelly and ask for Rob Crail!

My first contact with Kelly in Emmaus was my phone call inquiring after hours about a PT Cruiser. The call was promptly answered by a professional and I was assigned to a salesman. This Salesman, Robrt Crail, was very informative with VIN number/AutoCheck and a price lower than a competitor's price. Mr. Crail walked me through the sales process quickly and in a friendly manner. He presented the warranties available and explained the privacy acts involved. At no point did I feel my time was being wasted. I was handle expediently, with a few jokes and lots of smiles. If I become aware of anyone car shopping, I'll be sure to direct them to Robrt Crail at Kelly Mitsubishi, Emmaus.

I saw a car that interested me online and I got into the car to head toward the dealership (Kelly Risk Free used cars on Lehigh St.). I called while I was on my way and a friendly woman answered the phone, responded to some questions that I had about the car and their location, and said that she would have a salesman ready to greet me by the time I arrived (about 15 minutes). I pulled into the wrong lot, but a friendly salesman by the name of Anthony was kind enough to walk me over to the correct lot next door. I spotted the car on the lot, so I stopped to inspect it very closely for any flaws and it was in immaculate condition. I could tell that it had recently been waxed.
Anthony turned me over to a different salesman, Robert Crail, who was just outstanding from beginning to end. There was never any pressure. I felt like he was very knowledgeable about the car and the price points that are appropriate for this type of used car. After the test drive and having a couple of questions answered about the history of the vehicle, I told Robert that I would think about it and call him. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call at any time if I decided that I wanted the car and he would have them hold it for me immediately.

I went home to discuss it with my wife and not long after dinner, we had agreed that we should buy the car. I called Robert and he took my credit card information to hold the car. I arrived the following morning to complete the purchase, and the car was already washed and ready, with all of the stickers removed.

The whole transaction was made easier by the fact that this particular car was already well-priced and I did not to obtain any financing through the dealer.

We have owned the car for a week now and I am very satisfied with the purchase. Robert and other representatives of Kelly Mitsubishi have contacted me to ensure that I am 100% satisfied with my experience and also to let me know about their service offerings and answer any additional questions I would have.

This is the first time I bought a car from a larger dealer and I walked away very happy with the whole experience. It was not what I expected at all. In the past, I have bought used cars from private parties and small used car lots. I really felt like Kelly rolled out the red carpet for me, even though I was looking at a used car and it wasn't a Mitsubishi.

Rob was very knowledge about the cars we were interested in. Sandy was very high-spirited and knowledge. It was obvious that both really enjoy their jobs and are truly passionate and enthusiatic about their line of work. I am confident that I got a great deal on my 2009 Hondo Civic.

I found the dealership to be very professional and courteious. Robert wAs quite knowledgeable and very profeaaionable, a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recomend this dealership,and anticpate an ongoing relationship .
