I recently brought my vehicle in for service and some incidental damage occurred while it was being serviced. I brought it to the attention of Rob Crane and he immediately agreed to make it right, and did so. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Napleton and I will certainly be back. Rob's customer friendly approach and business integrity is unmatched. This is a dealer that stands behind their product 100%. I urge anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to patronize Napleton.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
My overall experience at Napleton's Northwestern was top-notch and truly second-to-none. I was looking specifically for a used SUV that several of the local dealerships in the Chicagoland area had in their inventory. I found a vehicle on-line that I was interested in and corresponded with Napleton's Northwestern via email. Surprisingly, I received an email from John Boland (sales consultant), and then a follow up call from both John and Rob Crane (president) the following day! Now that's what I call follow through. I was so impressed that I flew from Seattle to Chicago over the weekend to take a look at the vehicle up close and personal.

I took a look at several other dealerships prior to my visit to Napleton's Northwestern. To tell you quite honestly, the quality of the customer service wasn't even close. John actually picked me up because he knew I had flown from out of town and didn't have a car! Can you believe that? Now THAT'S what I call excellent customer service! I felt at ease during the entire experience, took a test drive, and purchased the vehicle on the spot. Rob also referred me to a vehicle transport service to have my car delivered safely. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed, but based on my experience with them thus far, I know and trust that my car is in good hands.

I would highly recommend this dealership - and especially John Boland and Rob Crane - to any potential buyers out there. Bravo, gentlemen!

I visited several dealers and found that the folks at Napleton were straight forward and candid during our discussions. I was very unhappy with another dealer in the Chicagoland area (typical bait and switch approach) and found this crew quite refreshing. Very competitive on price, although not the lowest but they earned my business with their integrity. Plan to visit them to look at the Jeep Overland in January.

I highly recommend Napleton Jeep in Chicago. I bought a used car from them last year and the car had some minor problems. The owner stepped in to make sure that everything was fixed properly. He also provided me with a loaner while my car was being fixed. Not often does an owner of a dealership take such interest in working directly with his customers. If you buy a car from this dealership, I can assure you that you will be well taken care of.

This was the first time buying a Jeep. Napleton's came highly recommended from a friend but I did check out other dealerships as well. I found them to be very friendly, straightforward and honest. They treated me as if I was a long time customer and did their utmost to accommodate my every need. Price-wise they could not be beat as a matter of fact other dealership were not even in the ballpark. They delivered my brand new Jeep Unlimited Rubicon as they said they would in perfect condition and spent a great deal of time not only with vehicle familiarization but with Jeep culture and opportunities. I would say that they are more than Jeep salesmen they are Jeep enthusiasts. They have won me as a customer and I can't sing their praises enough.

I have been a dedicated Napleton customer for over a decade. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family as well, and, they have all been satisfied happy customers. Everyone whom I have dealt with there has been very courteous, helpful, kind, and attentive. I can picture their faces in my mind and I am reminded of the pleasant customer service they have given me time and time again whether it was buying the few cars I have bought in the past or bringing in my cars for service or bringing in a potential car buyer. I even feel guilty that I remember their faces but can not remember their names. The names that do stand out in my memory is Rob Crane, Sarah, and Susie. They have been very professional and considerate with my every whim as a customer. Very honest and accomodating to my needs as a car purchaser. Customers can be demanding and rude. I know since I work with the public in grocery retail for over 25 years. And I also know car dealerships can be piranas and eat you up alive. They take advantage of their customers meeting their own needs selfishly before meeting the customers needs. I know, I have been victimized by a couple in the past. But I can sincerely say I feel comfortable, safe, and content with the business Napleton has given me over and over again so duly in the past and know they will give me in the future. That is why from the moment I bought my first car back in 1999, I have stayed loyal and will continue to buy only from Napleton. Not only do they have new and used cars, good quality cars, acceptable prices, but a five star customer service experiance is what keeps making me come back.I tell all my friends and family, co workers, and anybody and everybody where they should buy their cars!Keep up the exceptional work and I thank you for being such a great business partner and friend for all these years.

I bought a 95 Jeep Wrangler from the dealership and it was a very pleasant experience, and I was even able to get a 2 year warranty on the vehicle which is still running strong after the 2 year mark. Strong on service, strong on sales. Not a lot to be said, the deal did not take very long to complete. Met with service, met with the parts department, met with the managers of the sales department and finance department. all in order to be introduced so I know who to contact for service further on down the road.
