My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Keene Honda dealership. We found Robert Ekblom to be particularly knowledgeable about the cars, a wondeful salesman, very personable, and he made himself available to us whenever needed. We never felt pressured into a sale and it was clear that above all Mr. Ekblom wanted us to be more than satisfied with our purchase. We are very pleased with our new Honda Civic and we would recommend the car and the dealership to anyone without hesitation.

You talk with Robert Ekblom. You see the Fit fits you. You test drive it. You go home. You go to subcommittee. You return to Robert. You go to big committee. You deal. You sign. You wait. You pick up your Fit. You’ve been through doings like this many times over the years—BUT—for us, this time is the only time throughout that could come close for you to say—You had a supreme time!

My experience with this dealer was absolutely one of the best. From the first contact by email to the final step of ownership. I started out looking at used and ended up with brand new. The sales person was very helpful and provided me with all the information that I requested. Explaining all my options and never being pushy or making me feel that I had to make a decision on the spot. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
The only challenge I had was that i was told originally I was meeting one rep, and after arriving that rep had the day off--HOWEVER we were handed over to Robert, and that was a bonus. He was very calm and composed. I felt he was on our side to get us the best deal possible. It was a smooth transition and we traded in our van and purchased a great almost new accord. I called the next day having some trouble with my key fob--and robert called a dealer close to my home to arrange for them to take care of me right away and replace the parts in the key and make it work again. All the reps we met that day were great! Shell b.

I HAVE BEEN A HONDA CIVIC OWNER FOR AROUND 17 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A RELIABLE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR MY 160 MILE DAILY COMMUTE. OF THE THREE CIVIC'S THAT I HAVE OWNED THEY HAVE NEVER LEFT ME STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. I HAVE PUT WELL OVER A MILLION MILES COLLECTIVLY ON THEM. I STOPPED BY A FEW DEALERSHIPS AS WELL AS DOING A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF RESEARCH ONLINE. THEN I STOPPED BY HONDA OF KEENE. I ALREADY MADE UP MY MIND THAT I WAS GETTING ANOTHER CIVIC. WHEN I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP I MET ROBERT AND HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE ASKED ME WHAT I DID FOR WORK AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS A FLIGHT ENGINEER IN THE AIR FORCE...WELL LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT ROBERT SHARED A PASSION FOR AVIATION AS MUCH AS ME. WE SHARED SEVERAL STORIES...IT WAS LIKE SITTING IN YOUR LIVING ROOM TALKING TO AN OLD FRIEND. I ALMOST FORGOT WHY I WAS THERE. WHEN WE DID START TALKING ABOUT THE CIVIC'S HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND UP FRONT WITH ME...NOT PUSHY AT ALL! IN THE END HONDA OF KEENE ENDED UP GIVING ME THE BEST DEAL BY FAR THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY WERE POLITE, HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH ME RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. THANK YOU ROBERT AND HONDA OF KEENE FOR MAKING MY FOURTH HONDA CIVIC PURCHASE AN EASY ONE.
BY THE WAY...I CURRENTLY HAVE A 2005 HONDA CIVIC WITH 270,000 MILES THAT I WILL KEEP DRIVING BACK AND FORTH TO WORK BECAUSE I BELEIVE IT'S JUST GETTING BROKEN IN AND HAS MANY YEARS LEFT IN IT. I AM GIVING THE NEW 2012 CIVIC TO MY WIFE FOR CHRISTMAS.
