Robert Johnson at Ricart Used Car Factory

My expierence with this dealer was great. The salseman was polite, patient, and most importantly, honest. Mr. Johnson was great at what he does! He has an ability to negotiate with the banks and creditors like no other salesman I have ever met.

We had a very good experience with Ricart . David Whitt helped us a lot initially, and we scheduled a follow-up appointment with him. He did not pressure us into making a purchase but was understanding and positive about our planned return visit. Unfortunately, he had gone home sick on the day we returned. Robert Johnson filled in and did a great job. We appreciated both of them for their friendliness, no-high-pressure-sales tactics and patience. The only complaint we have -- and it is minor -- is regarding the second key that came with our vehicle. Because we finished late in the evening in the finance department and the key was not in the sleeve for the vehicle. We were told it would be mailed to us the next day. After a few days, we called to check on it and learned that it may have been mailed the next day or several days later. Then, we received a notice in our mailbox that we had a letter to be picked up at the post office because it was sent with insufficient funds. So, I arranged my work schedule so that I could leave early today to pick it up. The key is now in hand. We have told people already that we would recommend shopping Ricart.

Ricart was my first and only choice for my car needs.I was introduced to Robert Johnson through Shea Sohovich. He was awesome,his level of service was impeccable,and he made me laugh throughout the whole ordeal.What was so wonderful about Robert was discovering that we grew up in the same town ,had all the same friends ,and never new each other. What a shame that was, missing out on a wonderful person all these years :)I purchased a 2007 Ford edge,in a pewter mettalic color ,i must say this is my dream mobile.My whole experience from start to finish was awesome ,Robert Johnson made that happen ....he is definatly dealin.

Robert was a very considerate and concerned Salesman, very helpful...And Helped us in every way that we asked of him and more. My husband and I have'nt financed a car in over 10 years and we were a little scared as to what to expect but he made it a very pleasant experience and when the time comes for another vehicle purchase we will be buying from Robert, as well as reccomending him to friends and family!

My experience with Ricart was greater then expected. Robert Johnson was awesome at what he does and does it in the most professional and friendly matter. Me my wife and 2 year old daughter visited Ricart looking for a used truck and right from the time we were greeted in the parking lot by Robert we felt very comfortable by his friendly attitude and knew we were in great hands as a couple walking past us told us that we were in great hands with Robert. When we sat down we alo felt a more comfortable atmosphere by all the salesman and workers saying hi and talking to us as well as complimenting how beautiful our daughter was and a man named Mike which if i remember told us he was the manager or supervisor had sopped by and talked to use for a moment making sure if we needed anything he would be there and wanted to put our daughter shaleigh in Ricarts commercials. Robert never made us feel under pressure and did the best that he could to get payments and the truck in our comfort zone, in my eyes Robert went above and beyond at what he does to make me and my family happy and for that i thank him. There is so many people out there handing out these reviews to fill out for their companys that i never gave a second look to fill out but with the service we recieved and super hero Robert at our side, i felt that it was my duty to fill this out for Robert to show our appreciation and thank him in any way possible. Thank you Robert Johnson but also thank you to all of the other workers that helped make our visit a very nice one.
