My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

I was very impressed with the professionalism i received at Bay Ridge Honda. I especailly felt comfortable with Mark Dance the salesman that worked with me from start to finish. He was couteous, accomandating and made my first experience buying a new car quite enjoyable. He answered all of my questions without becomming frustrated or eager for me to be on my way. I was also impressed with Robert Scarpaci, he too was very professional and obliging. MY overall experience was easy and i would recommend this dealership to my friends.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

This was my fourth Car Purchase with Gregory Keeler at Bayridge Honda, he does an exceptional job in providing Great Service Delivery and makes the sales process seamless.

I can say , I highly recommend Greg, he is the best.

Craig Bono also made the Financing very easy.

Robbert Scarpaci also did a great job as manager in getting this deal done.

I thank everyone at Bayridge, and love my new car.

I BOUGHT MY HONDA CRV IN 2009 FROM KARIM. MY EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL. HIS PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE REALLY HELPED ME SINCE I WAS A NEW DRIVER. HE WAS UPFRONT WITH ME AND GUIDED ME TO BYING MY CAR WHCIH I AM VERY HAPPY WITH. I CAN HINELTY SAY, I FEEL HOINDA GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE ON MY CAR. I DID MY HOMEWORK WITH CONSUMER AND OTHER SITES AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH HAONDA'S OFFER. THE SERVICE IE PRETTY GOOD.....IN FASCT VERY GOOD. I RECENTLY VISITED BAY RIDGE HONA AGAIN TO EXTEND MY WARRANTY, AND RECCOMEND A FRIEND TO LEASE A CAR....BOTH WERE HANDELED BY KARIM AND ROBBIE SCARPACI. I WOULD RECCOMEND MORE FRIENDS AGAIN.

Jhonnattan Valerio and Rob Scarpaci made it straightforward and easy to come away with the car and financing to best suit my needs. Jhonnattan, with whom I interacted the most, was friendly, thoughtful & even helped me to solve a car insurance dilemma. The dealership’s location close to bus & subway stops made it convenient, too.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

I came into BayRidge Honda on July 28th, 2012 and worked with Jhonnattan Vallero and Robert Scarpaci. They were very polite and asked questions to guage whether my needs were being met, which made me feel very comfortable. When it came down to discussing the numbers associated with purchasing the vehicle, they both seemed to try and work out a solution that would work well for the both of us. I am not going to lie, somethings could have been done better the first time around. But to their credit, I had an opportunity to have my opinions heard and both Jhonnattan and Robert made great efforts to smooth things out. Jhonnattan responded quickly to questions or needs that I might have had. Probably the most important thing to me that I really appreciated was the time that Robert Scarpaci spent going over some of the vehicle protection plan material. I had a hard time understanding the coverages offered in the package, its cost, and its value. Even though I was hesitant and skeptical to keep the vehicle protection plan, he spent some more time explaining the price and its relative value. He seemed sincere when speaking about the value the plan offered to past/other customers and wanting to protect my investment, so I thought I would give the extended warranty a chance. I can honestly say these two gentlemen are part of the backbone that helps Bay Ridge Honda provide customer satisfaction.

It's too bad that all of the sales that are advertised are tied to HON and not American Honda Finance...but that is not the fault of the sales people. The were great! Plan on coming back when my lease is up.
