My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Let me start off by saying that we had been to another very well known BMW dealer and were offered their "best price" and since we still had several weeks before we needed to buy I suggested my wife stop by Park Ave. She was greeted warmly by a gentleman, Robert Westervelt, who was very professional and after a brief discussion he suggested a test drive of a 528xi. A few minutes later after discussing certain options we wanted, Bob was able to offer an excellent price that quite frankly we were happy to agree with that day. On the day of delivery we were happily surprised to see our new car with a full tank and NJ lic plates all set to drive away with.
Bob spent quite some time explaining all of the great technology to us with the patience of a saint. I've been buying and or leasing cars for 30 years and I have to say this experience was by far the most pleasant.
We will recommend Park Ave and more importantly Robert Westervelt to our friends.

Everyone at Park Ave BMW was a pleasure to deal with. This was our first experience at Park Ave but i would be happy to make another purchase at Park Ave. Our sales associate, Robert Westervelt was extemely helpful and was courteous, knowledgable and professional. There was never a sense of typical car salesmen "pushiness". I would strongly recommend Park Ave BMW and Robert, specifically.

After shopping around for BMW X3's, my Dad tells me, "I found the perfect dealership, perfect SUV and perfect deal". We had looked into various dealerships for days and when we compared them to Park Ave BMW, we knew it was going to be this dealership. Bob Westervelt, Sales Consultant, was extremely friendly and was able to work around my needs and price range. He knew about the X3, warranties and services that BMW provided. He patiently walked me through the process which, for a first-time buyer of any new/used car, was very helpful. I am very appreciative of his patience and willingness to serve his customers. Thanks Bob!!! and just so you know....I love my new BMW X3!!!!

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I traded in my 2009 for a 2012 528 xi. Robert was excellent and very efficient. It was a great experience. All paperwork was handled quickly. Robert made sure that I was completely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW automobile.
