Robin Bresley at Honda Superstore of Lisle

After purchasing 9 Honda autos over a 20 year span, must say this latest purchase was one of the best experiences I have had. Our sales person, Robin Bresley, a 19 year veteran at this dealership, was very knowledgeable about all their products, was courteous, respectful, no outward pressure to buy, but was very convincing about Honda quality and lease advantages. Was a great listener, and picked the car for me, before I gave that particular Civic model a thought. She knew what I wanted before I did.

I think they should have her train other dales people on how to handle people and how to handle a sale .... I will surely go back to Honda of Lisle for any future car purchases, and will always ask for Robin. Thanks Honda for another good deal on a great car - the 2013 Civic.

I had a wonderful experience at Lisle Honda. They were very helpful throughout my buying experience. I visited the dealership twice before I purchased my car. On both occasions I was treated with respect and understanding. They took time to explain the car to me and happily answered all my questions. They took their time and worked with me to make me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed during my visits. They worked well together and the whole process went very smoothly.

I dreaded all the "wheeling and dealing" of a new car purchaes and just the thought of it made my blood pressure rise. However, my experience at Honda of Lisle was wonderful. I had initially gone to a few other dealers including another Honda dealership to look at cars and was bombarded the minute I walked in the door. After some test drives, I decided I was interested in the Honda Accord. The next day at work I was telling a coworker that I had been car shopping. She asked me if I had ever considered a Honda. I told her as a matter of fact Honda was what I was leaning toward. She then told me her cousin Stephanie was a sales manager at Honda of Lisle and gave me her contact info. I decided to go to Lisle figuring I would give Stephanie the business. And am I so very happy I did. My husband and I stopped in that Saturday and met Stephanie who was so very nice. She told us we could deal directly with her if we decided to buy a car and then connected us with Robin who is a sales consultant. There was absolutely NO pressure. What a relief! Robin was incredibly friendly and down to earth - like someone you've known for years. We got to see the car in the daylight, took another test drive and went home. Again, absolutely no pressure. On Monday I called Stephanie and dealt directly with her by phone. After work I was at the dealership picking up my new car with Robin taking care of all the paperwork. It was just so easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Honda of Lisle and specifically Stephanie and Robin. I must add that there was something really nice about dealing with two women (sorry guys). Keep up the great work!

Was recently searching for a car and decided to stop by Honda of Lisle and check out the Civic. The place was great and everyone is friendly. We were met by Robin, who was very kind, informative and helpful throughout our car buying process. You should really try and talk to her if you are there. If you are basing your decision on rebates or special incentive programs, you will see that Honda does not have very many options. However, they are very understanding and we ended up getting a 2013 Civic LX at base price with great financing options, which is basically what the "rebate" would have given us.

Searching for a new/used vehicle can be a very stressful experience. On top of it all, the anxiety of whether or not a sales person and dealership will be professional,thorough and sensitive to customer needs. Robin Bresley displayed all of those qualities mentioned. I will definitely be recommending her & this dealership to friends and family.

Honda of Lisle continuously provides excellent service. I was looking for a new car and despite losing my difficult financial situation, Robin and Vic worked with me to get the best deal they possibly could. I live in the city, but I drove out to Lisle because I knew they would provide excellent service. As soon as I walked in the door, they reassured me that they would take care of me. This dealership is highly recommended for not only the excellent salespeople, but the service department as well. I cannot laud them enough for their work!

I bought Honda CRV 2013 EX-L AWD. Overall Its very good experience. Robin Bresley explained us according to our requirements, she is friendly. Certainly we recommend to our friends. This dealer has given best quote. Finally I'm Very happy with the vehicle and place of buying.

When you go to the Honda Of Lisle see Robin Bresley. She is very friendly and is not the least bit pushy. She got me the car I wanted and never once tried to cheat or swindle me like many other shady car dealers I have dealt with. I would recommend her and Honda Of Lisle to friends and family and anyone else looking for a good car buying experience.

Our salesperson did a great job of talking with us and listening. She asked the right questions and was never pushy. We very efficiently found a car that was perfect for us. The price they offered was outstanding so we never felt a need to haggle over price. There were no surprises and purchase went very easily. We added an extended warranty because the price was right.
