If you choose to visit this dealership, which I highly recommend, you should immediately ask for Rocco. You will not find a salesman with more integrity. He cares about getting you the best deal and will see it through to the very end. He worked on a 2 car deal with me for over a week. My wife forgot her garage door opener in the car we traded in. Rocco tracked it down and brought it to my work. He is an asset to the dealership and I recommend that you do not work with anyone else!!!!!

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and had become very frustrated. It didn't seem that we would ever find a car that we liked that also fit our budget. Finally on a Sunday we decided that by the end of the day we were going to have the car we needed so badly. Many car dealerships are closed on Sunday, but not Shawnee Mission Kia so we decided to go there and our experience was excellent. Rocco Morando was not a pushy salesman at all and had incredible patience answering all of our questions about the different Kia models. We ended up loving the Kia Optima LX and Shawnee Mission Kia was super to work with in regard to financing and we drove off the lot with a car we love. We highly recommend working with Rocco Morando and Shawnee Mission Kia!

Never been to this dealer before. We walked in after stopping at another dealer we had done business with before who didn't seem to have time for us. I was not in a good mood when we arrived at SM Kia. That all changed after Rocco Morando introduced himself and treated us with respect in a very friendly manner. He answered all our questions in a professional manner. He wasn't pushy, he didn't hurry us and was geninely interested in providing us with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. So yes, there is still an honest dealter like the old neighborhood folks who you always felt comfortable with. Rocco possess those qualities of sales manship that will make SM Kia the place to do business with.

Worked with Rocco to obtain a great price on our used (1 year old) Kia Sorrento. The car has loads of options and really shines in everyday usability. Rocco consistently kept in touch throughout the deal making process and kept to his word once a deal had been reached. He was also willing to stay late to complete the transaction.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
I walked into Shawnee Mission Kia because my sister had just bought a car from them and told me how wonderful the staff was. I just had a few questions to see whether my husband and I would even be approved for a car considering we have no credit. I was looking at the 2011 Sportage and he not only gave me all the information on it, he walked me outside and showed me all the features before we even went for a test drive. I loved the car but with no credit, we needed our parents to co-sign and since my mom is not a tech wiz, he let us drive the Sportage over to my parents house (with him as well) to fill out the information in paper form. This was my first sign that he was willing to go above and beyond to find us something. He did everything that he could to get us approved for that brand new 2011 (and he did) but we decided because of the price and our credit that we would go with used. We came back to the used lot later on in the week and Rocco was just as helpful. He worked with us, no matter how long it took to get us a Sportage in our price range. We decided to change which car we traded in after the deal was already drawn up and even though I know it had to be a pain, he was very understanding and patient with us. He would not stop working until he knew we were happy. We ended up going with the 2009 Kia Sportage and we LOVE it! Overall the staffs in both the new and used lots were very friendly and my experience was wonderful and Rocco was so knowledgeable and amazing. I could not have asked for anything better. He gave a newlywed couple a chance to get an awesome new car and credit history and for that we could not be more appreciative.

Rocco was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very friendly and took the time to show us several different vehicles until we were happy with the options and color of our new sportage. This is the second car we have purchased at Shawnee Mission Kia. We were happy with the initial purchase and that is why we returned to buy the second car.
