This is my first VW from Hiley but my 3rd vehicle from this dealership, as always everyone has been great to work with. Went thru the internet first to get pre approved, Ken Erwin was very helpful in getting the car and price within in my budget. At the dealership Rocky Acosta test drove and provided delivery of the car. There is so much to learn about a 2012 Jetta, around every corner it is like Christmas, something new!
Paul and Chad worked out the finance details! Thanks guys for making this purchase quick and smooth!

I found a very laid back atmosphere with a professional but sincere attitude.

Everyone at Hiley was really nice. They made the car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone. Also the JettaTDI is THE BEST CAR I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I found my Dodge Magnum RT on cars.com, called Kevin in internet sales and setup a meeting that day. When I got there Kevin was with another customer but Rocky was more than happy to help me with the buying process and there were no issues between the two on sharing the sale. I went in on Wednesday with the intention of having my trade valued and doing some research, I left with my car on Friday and it was a done deal. We also greatly enjoyed Paul, the finance manager who worked with us. He made the paperwork quick, easy, and a fairly entertaining part of the buying process.

This is our second VW purchase from Hiley VW of Arlington, TX. We've found the buying experience and the service after the sale to be outstanding. In fact, we drive past another VW dealer to get to Hiley. The extra miles are well worth it. Most recently, we purchased a new (2012) VW CC. Our sales rep, Rocky Acosta, was helpful, professional, gave us various options without pushing us into a higher priced model. He never spoke ill of any other autos, but rather, he focused on the advantages of the CC. In the end, we got the car we wanted at a great price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rocky or Hiley VW!

I would say this is the best experience we have had buying a car. All salesmen were friendly but not pushie. Rocky was out of the dealership when we came in. We had stopped by the dealership a week before and got some basic information from Rocky, so preferred to work with him again. Since he was not at the dealership at the time a young man (can't remember name) let us drive the car we were interested in. He was very informative and friendly. Once Rocky returned we were turned over to him to finish the experience. Rocky knows his cars and explained all of the bells and whistles. Never once did we feel pressured. Once we had agreed on a price and was turned over to the finance department, we were walked thru this situation with the same friendless and helpfulness. Again not pressured.
Again I want to say this was a very pleasurably experience. Top thumbs up for all.

Rocky is so amazing! This is my first Volkswagen car and he was so helpful with finding the right car I wanted. He wasn't pushy like most car salesmen are and gave me and my father enough time to think the deals we were given on the potential buy of my new car. I really appreciate the Hiley dealership because even though they are hoping to make a sale with you, it doesn't seem that way at all. They make you feel comfortble, answer all your questions in a timely quick manner, and make the paperwork process a breeze to go through. I went for my courtesy checkup on my Jetta a few days ago and Rocky still remembered me and asked how my father was doing. Another thing I appreciate about Hiley is they answer your questions quickly, which nowadays is diffcult to find in any dealership or company. I'd recommend them for sure! :)

As a first time car buyer I had expectations regarding some of the feelings I might have while going through the process of purchasing a new car. I had the idea, that because salesmen can be more eager to get your business than you are eager to spend the money on a new car, I might feel pressured. I was planning on finding a car online myself then just going to purchase it without having to listen to the lines used by typical salesmen to get you to buy that car. I am so thankful that I went to Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington because as soon as I walked in and met my salesmen, Rocky Acosta and Yaw Owusu, I knew that feeling pressured was not something I'd have to worry about. Between the two salesmen I'm sure I was quite the pain. I test drove three cars. Two of them were used and one new. Because of my budget, I was thinking I'd have to purchase one of the used cars. When I test drove the 2011 Jetta I told Rocky that I knew exactly what I wanted but I probably couldn't afford it and he asked what my budget was. Needless to say, because of Rocky, Yaw, Daren and the rest of the team at Hiley I was able to drive my brand new Jetta out of the showroom that day!!! (well, they drove it out. I guess they didn't trust me?) I met people throughout the building during my visit and I feel very confident that I have found the right place to take my business in regards to their excellent customer service, knowledge about the product and their willingness to go out of their way to make sure that when you drive out of that parking lot, you have a smile on your face that won't come off until you hit a water puddle and get your new car dirty!

So in regards to my overall experience at Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington, I would like to thank the whole team and give a special thanks to Rocky, Yaw and Daren for making sure that I got everything I wanted and nothing less!
