Rodney Miles at Hendrick Honda Bradenton

In under 5 years I have purchased 6 cars from Hendrick Honda. I'm not sure at this point if it's because I love Honda or if I love buying cars from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. I think its great when you feel comfortable buying a car, dealing and purchasing and closing the loan and taking your new car home. Again, I purchased my third car from Mike Knight who makes you feel super comfortable while shopping and never makes you feel pressured to buy something you aren't comfortable with. He's knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making the choice. Mark Russell, seems to know me well and doesn't make it difficult to stay within my budget and does everything he can to help me everytime.
I would and always recommend buying your car from Honda, and I'm sure I'll be back soon for my next car. Thanks, as always for making me feel at home! Thanks Matt Woods for hiring such great people.

Rich was extremely helpful in getting me familiar with the Honda CRV and its' great features.
My purpose in buying a '12 CRV was ease of getting in and out of a car due to my age.
Rich spent the necessary time in introducing that will help all the new features which I feel will make me a better driver.

Rich knows the product and was able to teach me the value of how they will help me in my driving experience.

He is not aggressive in his sales techniques but good enough to sell and old geezer to leave the store with a new set of keys in his pocket.

Aimee Russell is a considerate professional that tended to every question and need my wife and I had throughout our purchasing experience.

Rodney Miles treated us with respect and was able to make the financial portion of our purchasing experience an informative and pleasurable one.

Overall, Hendrick Honda is the best experience with an establishment we have had in our entire automobile purchasing history. They make sure all of your concerns are addressed and will do everything they can to see the Hendrick name and philosophy is carried out from beginning to end.

We came in for the 30,000 mile service on our Honda Odessey and left by trading it in on a new one. Jim Tryner was our sales person. He made my husband and I feel so much at ease. He and Robert (Finance) listened to our financial situation and worked within our budget. We are so pleased with the new van with all the features and ease of driving. We can't say enough on how helpful everyone was. I appreciated the fact there wasn't any hard pressure selling that a lot of different dealerships give. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Honda Cars of Bradenton and there's a reason we continue to go back and that's SERVICE! We were lucky enough to work with Adam who was not only helpful with our choice in the purchasing of our new Pilot but also knowledgeable about the car, it's new features and how to use all of them.

We never feel pushed into a sale and know we're getting the best price, know they're doing the best for us and we never feel that we're going to be put out by the car payment when we leave. Rodney was great at the closing of the sale, helpful in explaining everything we were paying for and other coverages offer.

I highly recommend buying a car from Honda, and if you're as lucky as me....Matt Woods will come by and say hello!!

We were in town for our daughters gymnastic event and dropped by to look at a car we saw online. They didn't have it but quickly found us something even better. I didn't expect to buy a car that day, but was pleasantly surprised and excited to drive back to Daytona Beach in our new car! We had done a bit of homework before coming to Honda of Bradenton, so we know pretty much what we wanted. Saad was the first person we met. We were very impressed with his detailed knowledge of the model we were interested in--- answered all of our questions and then some. The purchase process was effecient and the price fair. The day after I got my new car, I needed extra help programming the navagation sytem and Blue Tooth. Alex and Rodney walked me through the process and were very helpful and patient.

This is the second car we've purchased from Honda of Bradenton. Great experience.

Honda Cars of Bradenton is a great dealership from initial greeting through the sales and closing process, follow up and service. This was the third Honda Civic I bought from them and each of the experiences was better than the last. The entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous and really bend over backwards to make you feel like you are their friend and family.

Price negotating is always everyones worst nightmare, but at Honda Bradenton it is an extremely pleasant experience. I left the table feeling like it was a win/win. I've been through closings that were very nerve wracking and each time at Honda Bradenton it was so enjoyable, it was the most relaxed i've ever felt.

This is an experience I will ever forget. I could not recommend them more highly and will do so should any friends or family want to know where to get their next new/used car.
