I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and attention to details that was given to me over this weekend when i was buying a 2012 camry XLE.Carcel and Roger are genuinely honest and upfront.There are no frills to the way they do business.There are no hidden surprises and they genuinely look out for you.I live in Weston and travelled 60 miles to this dealership as i wasnot happy with the treatment i got at other places.Let's just say the trip was entirely worth it.My entire deal was easily discussed without surprises over the phone and everything was ready to go by the time i was at the dealership.They did this because i was comingfrom afar.Let us just say i got a sweet deal and made some friends at the same time.

I could not believe that buying a new car could be this positive of an experience. From my first call with Roger I had a far better experience than at any other dealership I had been dealing with. Roger was enthusiastic, understood exactly what I was looking for, gave us a great price, and was not pushy at all. He stuck to the deal we had discussed. When I went to the dealership, he, Carcell, and Dan were incredibly nice, professional and honest. Carcell explained everything I needed to know about the car I was looking at and took the time to answer all of my questions. They gave me a very very good deal, and made buying a car easy and a positive experience! I am truly grateful I went to Palm Brach Toyota and got to work with these gentlemen. Thank you so much I love the car!

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had from the beginning to the end, from the initial sales contact to the final financing process. Oscar made the call within 10 minutes of the internet request, and spent much time answering question on the phone and in person with courtesy and respect. Oscar was super friendly, reasonable knowledgeable, and best of all, experienced in the car business. Roger was super nice and courteous as the general manager and helped to make this super deal happened. Elkin was the finance person, and he was also great and not too much pressure at all. In conclusion, everyone at this dealership that I have dealt with was superb and they made a stressful process very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or certified Toyota in the area.

Our salesman, Dominic Vargas, was EXCELLENT (professional, polite, and knowledgeable). Roger Myton "got the deal done" by finding a SILVER Camry for us (across the state), and Barry was the guy in charge who made sure we were "taken care of."

Dominic could be a REAL star...work with HIM...he is genuine!!!!!!!

I just want to point out that these three associate gave me the BEST service. I really felt as if they were god sent...I really wanted a car and they did the absolute best to make sure that I would out of there with the car that I wanted. I really enjoyed the customer service that I received. I will recommend that dealership to anyone because It was a really good experience.
