I grew up in Virginia Beach Virginia. I started in the Car Business right out of High School. I came to Kansas City in November of 2003. I started working for Rob Sight March of 2008. I enjoy working here because I like the people I work with plus I really enjoy helping customers fix their vehicles. I enjoy going to boats to gamble and have fun. My favorite past time is sitting on the porch having a beer with my wife of 17 years.

I always get great service at Rob Sight. It was 100 degrees out that day. Would have been nice to have something cold to drink while we waited. The frig always seems empty. You might as well turn it off.

I use Rob Sight for service primarily due to location, because of the courtesy and helpfulness of the service department guys(Roger) they have helped retain me as a customer. Sometimes i leave there feeling good and that everyone had my vehicle on their mind and other times i feel like i'm just another appointment with no name or face to just get in and out. j

My car has been showing 'low tire pressure". I phoned ahead and spoke with Roger, who said I did not need an appointment that I could come by to have my tires checked out. I went right to the dealership was able to have the work done immediately.

Received A coupon for The Works fuel saver package with my monthly statement. Was ready for an oil change and tire rotation, brake inspection and hose and belt check upand air filter check.
Did not receive a report on anything they checked.
