My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
I needed a new car and saw the ad online. I came down to the lot, which was a little hard to find, if you are not looking for it, you will pass right by it. Saw the car I wanted, took it for a drive and it was good to go. Easy trade in, good prices, they threw in some little stuff, financing was easy. The whole process took time like buying a car does but was extremely easy and Rhoman was awesome, very truthful and gave me his genuine opinion on the cars in the lot and the one I was driving (I know this may sound weird about a used car salesman but there is an aspect of trust that he definitely portrays.)

This is the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. Roman was very informational,friendly and Honest made it very easy. Normally car shopping is pretty nerve racking but not in this case. Roman made me very comfortable and made this a fun experience. I got a great car for a even better price, They gave me twice more for my trade in then other dealerships offered. I will be returning for my next car most definitely.

i went to the dealership because my brother bought a car there before. was greated by roman and i immediately bonded with him. told him what i was looking for and he hooked me up with my wants. we test drove a couple of cars and i found the one i liked.with his help of course.with out roman i probably would have ended up with the wrong car for me.he was polite funny and a pleasure to work with. my future busness would depend on if it was roman helping me again. and thanks for the pleasant experience.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
I cannot begin to describe my amazing satisfaction with Walker's Renton Subaru. I had a fender bender and needed a new car immediately. I used USAA to find a dealership and having used them before I know they are always excellent. Roman at Walker's, however, raised the bar to a completely new level. What I've always experienced as an all-day event was mere hours with Roman. He also worked to get me a better price and better financing than even the USAA guaranteed price and rates. Crazy! Roman was so courteous. Water, coffee, anything. He pointed out every single flaw of the used card. He was 100% about my experience and not solely about the sale. He's contacted me twice since my purchase simply to ensure I was still satisfied and everything was working as advertised. I've purchased over a dozen vehicles in my life, so far, and I can say emphatically that I will track down Roman to make my next purchase. Perhaps later this year with a BRZ??? What do you say Roman? Thanks again so very much!!!!!

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
Roman was very friendly and willing to help, the dealership as a whole went very out of their way to help me get all of the final paperwork signed and ready. The only reason I would not rate this a "5" all the way through is because I was promised a certain interest rate on my loan, signed the final paperwork for it and everything, and was under the impression that everything was finished. I was told that everything was final and we were all done and they sent me off with my new car. Then two days later they called me back saying that the bank had changed their minds and that my interest rate is now over double what i had signed off for on my paperwork and that I needed to come back and sign the paperwork for my new loan amount and that my monthly payments were now over $50.00 what I had been promised. I was surprised and upset, but Roman and the manager assured me that this is typical for first-time buyers. So this was obviously something that was out of Roman's hands, I was only upset because I wish I had been made aware of this instead of promised something different. He was very helpful and friendly through all of it and did his best to exceed my customer service expectations.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda or Suburu! Outside of that one quirk this was a great first-time buying experience.

My Review of Walker's Renton Subaru:
We worked with Roman Schumskiy. He was very enthusiastic and did his best to get us the best deal. He gave me a very good deal on my trade in. He gave us time to think over our purchase so we did not feel pressured. The only thing I would recommend to him is slow down when you talk. I understood him perfectly but he talks really fast which could make a buyer feel anxious. I think this is just the way he talks all the time so I just wanted to suggest it to him :) We got a GREAT deal at this location and my husband and I are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend Renton Walker Subaru to anyone who is looking for a great selection on Outback's! Thanks again Roman for all your help with our purchase :)

Oh, and Breanna Ogard did the paperwork and finance portion of our deal. She was thoroughly knowledgeable and made it painless and easy :)
