Ron Christiano and Fahad Siddiqui are AWESOME! Fahad and Ron fulfilled ALL of my requests and then-some! My truck was tinted, bug guard installed, rain guards installed, and leveling kit installed in a emtremely fast fashion and all before I took delivery! They bent over backward for me. I am very happy I decided to purchase again from Cortese Ford (My last ford was purchased at Van Bortel), this transaction went faster and smoother! THANKS GUYS!

Had shopped MANY dealerships, test drove other vehicles & stopped in at Cortese Auto Block to look at a 2008 Ford pick up. While we did not purchase that particular vehicle, we did look at and test drove a left over Ford F350 4x4. Loved the truck & the price. While we were disappointed the truck was not ready when we got there (3 days later), the reasons were certainly justifable. We would have preferred a phone call to explain the delay before we drove 45 minutes.

Tommy & Ron worked & re-worked the figures to give us the best deal possible. Thank you Cortese Ford !!

Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. Realizing this, Scott called and asked if I'd like the inspection done early as it was due in July. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions. And I always get a follow up call from Ron which is nice to see hat everyone is interested in making the customer happy

We last dealt with the Cortese dealership in 1988 and we were very disappointed with the experience, and we ended up buying a new 1989 Dodge Grand Caravan from another local dealership.

Our experience with the recent purchase of a 2010 Ford Edge was outstanding in all respects. We were treated with great courtesy and respect by all Cortese personnel, the facilities were clean, comfortable and convenient on each visit, and the attention to customer service and customer satisfaction by everyone we dealt with was remarkable. It is obvious this dealership hires top notch people who are well trained, enjoy their work and make the customer feel at ease and appreciated. The knowledge and professionalism of the salesman we dealt with, Tim May, was outstanding, and I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a great vehicle and car buying experience.

The usually stressful price negotiation was handled in a fair, direct and non-stressful manner that resulted in a win-win outcome.

The quality of the vehicle we purchased is top notch and all of the "dealer items" agreed to in the sale negotiation were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

We will strongly recommend Cortese to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Dave, was very helpful. We have purchased several cars over the years, but no one explained all the features of the car as Dave did. Great job. I have to be honest - buying a car is NOT something I look forward to. It is such a major expense! And I want to make sure that I've received a fair price for a high quality item! I truly believe that is just what we got from Cortese Auto. The vechile we purchased was for our teenage sons. Their safety was our top concern, pricing second. This will be our 9th Ford so we believe in the product - now we believe in the dealer as well!! They just made customers for a good long while as we are certain to send our sons there for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th cars...
