Ron Douglas at Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta

Several months ago, I decided to shop for a new car. I visited several dealerships and spent hours on the Internet. When I walked into Heritage, I was met by Dre David. We chatted for a few minutes and I outlined my plan. I told him I was looking at several different brands and ordered if my wife and I could test drive a Jetta Sport Wagon. Dre took a few minutes to show me the car and off I went. When we returned, we asked to drive the Toureg as a comparison. No problem. Dre grabbed another set of keys. We test drove several models this way.

We went to several other dealerships and this made me realize how much I liked Heritage. At one particular dealership, the salesman never left me alone. I felt like he was ready to move in, constantly saying " shal we talk numbers?" I was even called three times when I got home.

I narrowed my search to two equally acceptable cars. But what made me pick the Volkswagen was Dre. I really liked the way he treated my wife and I during our visit. We were free to test drive the car, speak freely between ourselves and when we returned ten minutes later, Dre was there to answer our questions about the car.

This was the car buying experience I was seeking. Ron made he financing paperwork easy. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Heritage to anyone looking to buy a car.

Corey was friendly, greeting me as soon as I pulled up to the dealership. We had talked in the past about the vehicle I was looking for so he quickly located exactly what I wanted. Corey quickly established a trade in value, honoring the $1000 increased trade in value promised when I bought my last vehicle from Heritage. Ron (finance manager) also quickly processed my paperwork, getting everything completed in a timely fashion. This is my second new car purchase at Heritage Volkswagen in less than a year. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I came into the dealership and Mr. Quinton Pratt was the sales person who assisted us. I had a particular style of VW in mind and Mr. Pratt was extremely knowledgeable about the brand, very professional and very accommodating. We spent a few hours with him which the time flew by. We were very impressed with the dealership and the employees and would highly recommend others to also purchase a VW. I am loving my new VW Jetta!!!

Exceptional service. Adam was very knowledgeable, pleasant, confident and had a wonderful and bubbly personality. I would recommend anyone to go to Heritage VW. If Adam, Tim and Ron are representative if the rest of the employees you all have an exceptional team.

The crew at Heritage VW has been great to my wife and I. Ron Douglas has been an awesome salesman and has been promoted since our last purchase at Heritage. He put us in touch with Quinton Pratt, who has been an awesome guy to work with. They are both VW enthusiasts and it helps when talking about the real experience you can have from driving a VW. The service department crew is great too. Never a long wait, and the shuttle and rental service they provide for free, is second to none. Do your self a favor and head outside the Perimeter for a VW dealer....you won't be let down.
