Ron Jackson at Toyota and Scion of Wallingford

From the moment I walked into the door and was matched with Celina, I knew this was going to be a great car shopping experience. My only regret was that I didn't stop in sooner in the day (I came is 15min. to closing). I felt kinda bad to swinging by so late. Despite the time, Celina didn't rush me & took the time to help my husband & I find our next car.I looked around online (shout out to Ron Jackson!!Sorry didn't meet you in person) and knew that we wanted a Rav4. Since they are such great cars, we didn't hesitate to pick one out to put a down payment on it before it got taken by someone else.We exchanged needed info and returned the next day to proceed to the next step in the sale.

Although I walked in with pre-approval from elsewhere, The dealership offer(s) were too great to pass up! My husband and I clicked well with Gloria. (She's so funny!!) in the Finance department; and were also introduced to Sohail (also very nice & friendly!). Everyone was just so on top of their game.We felt like we were among friends. :-)

When the day comes that we can get a 2nd car, we'll be sure to come here.In fact, we came in & referenced out siblings (who also got vehicles here) & will continue to send future prospective car buyers their way!

I knew that if it was a Toyota I was looking to get...that this would be the right place.Not only are the people awesome; the service packages that come with getting your Toyota here are superior. Once you go Toyota, you don't go back.:-)

My experience at Toyota of Wallingford was fantastic! My salesman Bill (and initially Ron) was helpful, expedient, informative, and provided exceptional and friendly service. The process of leasing was easy and haggle-free. Gloria, who did my finances, is great, funny, and even threw in Lo-Jack for my vehicle! My vehicle also had tinted windows (tinted by a previous buyer, who opted not to buy it after the tinting), which were not added in the cost, which was nice. Overall the process was great, service here was amazing and I feel that I got a very good deal for a car that will last a very long time.

Amazing dealership. I received first-class customer service from everyone I had contact with. The price was very competitive, the service was excellent, this is my second Corolla and will not be my last. I definitely received a VIP experience,whole process couldnt have been more pleasant or easier.

Ron Jackson and Mike Bush helped create an aggressive deal for my 2013 Avalon as well as working hard to locate the car from another dealer's allocation. It was a great sales experience - they did everything they said they would and hustled the prep for the car to accomodate my travel schedule. Overall very happy with first impression and look forward to my on-going service experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and these two sales professionals.

Toyota of Wallingford, specifically Ron Jackson, the internet sales manager, makes buying a car actually a pleasant experience. We purchased our 2012 Sienna and just recently a 2013 Avalon from Ron. We are repeat customers because the buying experience was unlike any other dealership. The people are nice and I feel that we always get the best price. This dealership knows customer service.

Everyone on this team made us feel like their only customer. They did their individual best to make sure we were satisfied. They followed through on every promise. This is my fourth purchase through a dealership and was by far the best. You guys are number one for a reason, keep up the good work. Anybody looking to purchase, do yourself a favor and put Toyota of Wallingford on your must see dealership.

Toyota of Wallingford provided us excellent service on the purchase of our new Rav4. Bill Dichello is an excellent salesman and was able to answer multiple questions about the car and work with me to get a good deal. When completing the financing Paul Solomon was great and answered all of our questions about each line item that we had questions on. Great experience!

The staff I worked with was personable, friendly, and accommodating. There was no worry about any hassling and they made it a smooth transition to get me into what I needed and wanted. My wife and i decided to buy a new car. Then we inquired with 5 dealerships near Milford, CT. But all the reviews these dealerships had made us think twice about going to them. That's when we decided to go to Toyota Wallingford because of their good reviews. After we submitted a request for a quote on the website, Ron Jackson called me and gave me a quote. Their dealership is a 30 mile drive from us but we drove there still. Mike Bush was the sales agent we talked to and he was very patient with us. Then we talked with Frank Mikolike about the price and he was flexible. Next was Paul Solomon and Sohail Butt. They were the people who made it possible for us to close the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would definitely go to them again shall we decide to buy a new car.
