Out of the many car dealership experiences we've had in the last few years in the US, I'd definitely rate this one we had with James Flores and Ron Robbins as one of the best yet. They were very informativ the last few years in the US, I'd definitely rate this one we had with James Flores and Ron Robbins as one of the best yet. They were very informative, respectful, and even worked with us to make sure we get the car at the price we were comfortable with. We purchased a 2020 Subaru BRZ and thankfully spent the entire time on the right-hand half of the building. It's still hard to believe how this entire purchase experience was so pleasant, whereas just a couple of years ago we were treated with disrespect at the other end of the same building (Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM-SRT), where Yedidiah Israel was being a total J**K (I wish I could've used better words here), being very insulting, placing his feet on the table while talking to the customer (us of course), straight away denied for a test-drive telling us that he would only let us test-drive the vehicle "after" we purchase it (a Dodge Challenger), which if you ask anyone who's been even remotely through the car buying experience on either side of the transaction, makes no sense at all. Great people to work with, but I'll still be hesitant to recommend the other (left) side to any of my friends, I just don't want anyone to be treated like that. I also cannot update my bad review of Google Maps as I want to make sure people know what kind of a m***n Mr. Israel is. More

Slow in processing pay off. No sense of urgency. The finance team at Liberty Auto City is slow and completely unconcerned whit their customer's needs. I sold a car back to this dealership on April 1 The finance team at Liberty Auto City is slow and completely unconcerned whit their customer's needs. I sold a car back to this dealership on April 14 at a real "steal". They will make a handsome profit when they resale that car. Despite the sweet deal they received, they did not process my loan payoff timely. It is now 10 days later (8 business days) and my bank has still not received the payoff. Despite repeated calls to the dealership all I am told is that "the check is in the mail." They refuse to tell me when it was sent (my suspicion is several business days after they took possession). They had the option to send the payoff express mail and they opted for the cheaper method causing even further delay. I am now forced to make another car payment for a car I haven't owned for 10 days. While that payment will eventually be refunded to me, that is not the point. They had ample time to process the payoff but they chose the longest and cheapest route without regard for their customer's needs. More

Friendly and professional people Ron helped me to pick a newer vehicle we walked around the lot until I came upon the car that I was going to purchase. He took his time to answer all my questions, which I found was very interesting...not all salesmen will take the time to do that now days. Hard to believe this level of friendliness and helpfulness still exists, but, it does. I can't say enough. Best buying experience I've ever had Had an awesome experience at Liberty Auto city. Went in to see a Minivan close to closing time on a Friday night, and they were willing to hold the ve Had an awesome experience at Liberty Auto city. Went in to see a Minivan close to closing time on a Friday night, and they were willing to hold the vehicle till the next day without a deposit so that we could take our time with the purchasing process and not feel the pressure of rushing through a deal late at night. When we returned J.T. the manager had placed a SOLD sign on it to assure that it was not sold before we returned. The actual buying process was very easy and low pressure. Ron did a great job of being informative and moving the process along. J.T. was amazing and bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I felt that he truly LISTENED to my wife and I and he genuinely understood what we needed as a family. He treated us like human beings rather than dollar signs. For a family of 5 on a single teachers income he did whatever it took to make us happy and fit our budget.....We got a great family van, at a great price, from a great place, by an awesome group of guys. I would buy another car from Liberty Auto City ANYTIME!!!!!! They have a new loyal customer. More
