My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I searched for a vehicle on line for over a year and was not happy with the things I was looking at or looking for. I found and 2010 Dodge Caravan on line and, I promise, before I could finish entering my information my line was ringing. I spoke with Mr Joy and he was very polite and p[orf3essional therefore I set up an appointment to come the following day and see the vehicle. I was taken aback when I got to the dealership by the customer service I received bother from Mr. Joy and also from Ron. Now about Mr. Saunoris, he was joyful funny and very thorough in his knowledge of the car, all the features as well as the warranty available for the vehicle. I give hats off to the staff of Napleton and I will recommend them to anyone looking to by a hassle free vehicle.

I dealt with two other dealerships before finding Napleton's. They had the car I was looking for and it was at a fair price. In dealing with the Sales consultant Ron Saunoris I was please with his knowledge of the car I was looking to test drive. He did a great job of showing me all the features of the car and making sure I understood how they worked. After the test drive we went over the price and the rebates that were available to me. It was a pleasure to deal with salesman that both knew the vehicle and understood what I was looking for and how I wanted to make a decision.

Ron was a great salesman with excellent follow through and service. The finance officer also was helpful and answered all the questions directly. This is my second car from this dealer and I would go back again.
