This was my third purchase in 3 years from this dealership. I really do feel that they have taken much of the hassle out of purchasing. For each deal I have done my homework before coming in to buy/lease. I know the true market value before I arrive and they always honor it and even throw in some extra features to seal the deal. Ronald was most efficient and accommodating to my requirements. He was patient kind and a pleasure to deal with. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership.

Purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff we dealt with. Ronald Brooks our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the features of the various cars that we looked at which lead us to select the Elantra. The deal was sealed once Ronald arranged for me to test drive the car. Once our decision was made we then met with Mikhail Wright who explained the financial part of our car purchase. He answered all our questions with as much detail as we needed and asked for. On the following day when we picked up our car Ronald was there, I believe it was his day off but he came in for us, he walked us thru all the features and answered any final questions that we had. Ronald also set up the Blu-Link to sync with my cell phone. Overall the entire experience was pleasurable and I would highly recommend Ronald and this dealership to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new car.

After viewing so many TV commericals about Hyundai I decided to get one. My experience with Hyundai at Auto Plaza Mall was pleasant. My first visit was just to scope the place out and price the Sonata. I must comment on how the place has an excellent professional tone. The place was low noise. I liked that! After meeting Ronald Brookes with his low pressure style, I was convinced to return and continue my entire purchase at Hyundai Plaza Auto Mall.
From test drive to financing and after purchase questions the experience was pleasant and relatively quick. I enjoyed the small waiting break until Mikhail Wright (finance) was available. It gave me a chance to have "think time" before continuing the purchase. I also watched how other customers were interacting with other sales persons and how they were treated. I did not notice any problems. The employees were friendly. Mikhail(finance) has an easy going conversational style. I liked that! Overall, I would reccommend a friend to Hyundai at Auto Plaza Mall.

Gvery freindly,kind,professional,understanding,working very well with me and for me.It was a great experience.My sales-person Ronald was with me every step of the way.Never left me alone than 5 minutes.Time wise spending 5 hours is a little too long, but the time went quick and enjoyable.Thank you.
