My Review of Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I have done business with Ronnie Columbus for the last twenty years. I have purchased four cars in that time. Every car I have had since I was 23 I have bought from him. He has always been the most honest and genuine sales person I have ever encountered. I am also very please with all of the other people who worked with me at the dealership. The General Sales manager was outstanding. I have gone into the dealership several times in the last two weeks and each time someone came out to my car to greet me and they were very friendly and helpful even though they knew I was there to see Ronnie. The finance manager was also very helpful. My entire purchase experience took about 90 minutes and I never had to wait on anyone. Our Shawnee Automax provides its patrons with an exceptional car buying experience!

My Review of Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Salesman was not pushy, let me make up my own mind. I had some rock marks in my windshield repaired that looked the same as it did when I took it in for repair. I thought the outside surface would be smooth. But don't know much about that type of repair. Enjoying the van I purchased.

No pressure sales person. Let us decide what fit us the best and if and when we wanted to purchase. Worked with us on our trade in to get a better trade in offer. Vehicle was ready for pickup when it was supposed to be and full of fuel. Sales person went over basic operating functions of the vehicle and told us to come back if we had any questions regarding our purchase.

Friendly, fair, and cooperative to our needs. This is the forth vehicle we have purchased from Auto Max of Shawnee. Ronnie Columbus has alway been very helpfull with our decision making without being too pushey. We also use the service department for all our services. They alway make sure we have the current discounts available and explain what they are going to do or what needs to be done.
