Rose Mabery at Dick Scott Nissan

This is my second new vehicle in almost two years from Dick Scott Nissan/Canton. When you walk into that very clean showroom and Rose approaches you, you know your in good hands. She will guide you through the new ownership with ease and answer all questions with honesty and integrity. Also; if I had any concerns with financing, Manager Jon Mabery was always willing to give his expertise and had a positive outcome with regards to 'looking out for the customer'! Nissan has excellent, sharp, dependable, reliable products and when you add in employees like Rose & Jon Mabery; it's a winning combination. Do yourself a favor and make Dick Scott your personal, neighborhood auto dealership for new and pre-owned vehicles. My wife and I are very, very satisfied customers of Dick Scott !

After shopping around at many other dealerships for a new car, Dick Scott Nissan was the dealership that treated me the best and gave me a good price. I have always taken my car there for service, in the past year that I have owned it, and it is always a no problems environment. They never miss the details and help out as much as they can. The sales and service staff is always very friendly and ask how things are going and takes the time to get to know you. I would recommend Dick Scott Nissan to anyone buying a car that wants a great experience during and after their purchase.

The experience I had with them is a learning one. I am glad they helped me all throughout the process. I was a bit worried with the remote starter not being installed after I got the car but Jon and Rose see to it that I will have it. I am so happy! Will definitely come back here and purchase additional cars in the future and will recommend this to friends and colleagues. Thank you Jon and Rose for all the help.

My experience at Dick Scott was amazing. I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships that
were located closer to my home. I was not pleased with the service I received. Dick Scott was the third dealership I went to because I was interested in the Nissan Rogue.
When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by the employees. I was looking for
Rose Mabery because she was the sales representative my friend dealt with. My friend
was very pleased with her service. Rose was very helpful in finding the right car for
me. She was personable, friendly and had a good knowledge of the products. She also took the time to introduce me to the rest of the staff, that I might be dealing with after the purchase.
Everyone at the dealership seemed friendly and willing to be helpful throughout my visits there.

I'm the third member of my family to purchase a vehicle from Dick Scott Nissan. As a loyal Nissan customer, I am very happy with the quality of the customer service that I was given by the entire staff. Even though I purchased a new vehicle, the quality of the pre-owned cars was great. I highly recommend Dick Scott Nissan to anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned car.

This is my 4th Nissan, and the past three were from Dick Scott Nissan. I live more than 35 miles from the dealership, but they do an outstanding job with customer service, selection, and price. I could go to another Nissan dealership, which is only 5 miles away, but my sales person, Rose Maybery, really makes the difference. She doesn't just try to close the deal, but listens to my concerns -- then does her ultimate best to deliver. And each time she's exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dick Scott Nissan and I love my new Nissan Altima!

Mr. Jon Mabery and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Answer all of my queries and concerns very patiently. Jon is great Sales Manager to work with. I would recommand it to all my friends and family who would like to buy a Nissan.
