We were met by Mike who was patient answering all of our questions and showed us the vehicle that my son was bad experience at another audi dealer. We also worked with Roseanne (GM) to finalize the deal. The overall price was good where my son was happy and comfortable with the payments. When my son picked up his new vehicle, Mike showed him all the features that the vehicle came with. Michael answered all of my questions quickly and provided data (pics, carfax, maintenance records) to support his answers. My friends and I also struck up a few great conversations with the other ppl on staff there. Roseanne was very personable, patient, and thorough about some last minute changes we made in financing. John, from the Porsche side, was very welcoming as well. The point of saying all of this is, yes, I purchased a great car that they did not cut corners to get ready for sale, but more importantly, I got it at a great price and was made to feel like they wanted me to be comfortable (with the car and their service). When I'm ready to purchase another car, I'd certainly take the drive out to CT to work with them again. More

New Car purchase --- First 2019 Audi I was a patron for 15 years at another high-end car dealership (not Audi brand). I was in the market for a new car and stopped in to the Audi dealers I was a patron for 15 years at another high-end car dealership (not Audi brand). I was in the market for a new car and stopped in to the Audi dealership to look at their vehicles. I spent some time at the dealership looking at the different vehicle options and decided to test drive the A-4 quattro. However, I did not purchase that day and continued my new car search. I received a follow-up email thanking me for coming in from my salesperson. Never once did I feel pressured into buying. I did return another day to drive the A-4 one more time -- specifically the one I had decided upon. The salesperson was more than accommodating and patient having to jockey around cars for me as I couldn't make up my mind. From Sales to Finance and Delivery everyone I encountered (Mike, Steve and Alberto -- who, by-the-way, came to my home to go through the entire car to ensure that I was comfortable with the car and all its technology, even though my salesperson had done so at Delivery! Really! What dealership does that!) were more than helpful and went out of their way to make me as comfortable with the nerve racking process of purchasing a new car. Everyone worked together in tandem making it all happen. I haven't encountered the Service Department yet so, I can't comment on that; however, so far I'm very happy with the dealership, it's employees and my overall experience there. DC More
