My Review of Holm Automotive Center Inc :
Holm Automotive is the true description of a hometown dealership, from the way you're greeted at the door, to every detail involved when purchasing a car. There was no "big-citying" done to me, and I appreciate all of their efforts. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Holm Automotive in the past 21 years, and have always been treated fairly on my trade-ins, and through every step of the buying process. They have also twice now, gone and found the exact-color vehicle I wanted, even when it was not originally on their lot. I will definitely start with Holm Automotive in the future whenever I next go through the buying process on a vehicle.

Great service! Okay I don't like that I have to fill in this review. I'm very pleased with the serive I was given. Ross did a wonderful job in explaining the Tahoe to us and what everything is on the vehicle. I went away with knowledge and I know if I have any question he is a phone call away!

My Review of Holm Automotive Center Inc :
I currently live in Ellsworth, KS, and work in Salina, KS. A couple who goes to my church told me that the folks at Holm treated them like family, not like a sale. I moved to Kansas from southwestern Arizona, and part of the reason I've stayed in Kansas is the family environment and values; needless to say, Holm was the very first place where I started my vehicle search.
I might add that I am a 24-year-old female, barely out of college, and that this was my first car purchase. I am a first-generation Hispanic American, and new cars have never been a part of my family. I didn't know that it was even possible for me to buy a new car. I have never owned a car, and hadn't the slightest idea of what to do/how to go about purchasing one. I brought my entourage into the dealership with me: three other 20-something girls! They did not leave my side, and we almost felt bad for Ross, my salesman, as we all sat in front of his desk and grilled him like a panel! He enthusiastically answered every single one of our questions, and gave us breaks when we needed them, for what we called our "pow-wow's".
I stepped foot onto the dealership saying, "I am not going to buy anything today; this is the beginning of my search." This statement was respected to the utmost, but then, we found the PERFECT vehicle for me: a 2012 Chevy Sonic! This car is brand new, and it was in my price range for what I was willing to pay for something USED! My car had about 12 miles on it when I purchased it. I know that everyone has their opinions and beliefs about buying new versus used, what you should or shouldn't do, etc, but I had NO BIASES, NO BELIEFS, NO JUDGEMENTS, only an expectation of great quality. Holm gave me exactly this. After finding the car, the business office was patient with me, answering every single question as I made the biggest financial investment of my life. I was a wreck. If you are nervous, Holm is the place to go to get all your questions answered and your nerves calmed. I am proof that no matter your background, no matter where you come from, the people at Holm will work with you and find something to fit your needs, whatever they may be. My dream has always been to buy a brand new car; because of the people at Holm, this dream has come true for me.

Purchasing a car through a dealership is something we have LONG avoided; preferring to avoid the high pressure approaches that are often utilized. We were surprisingly DELIGHTED with our experience at the Holm Automotive Center where their approach was ANYTHING but high pressure. Ross was friendly, eager to answer our questions, and was most helpful. NEVER did we feel pressured or manipulated by anyone at the dealership. The purchase price arrived at was fair and sincere efforts were made to assure that we were satisfied. We certainly would not hesitate to travel 85 miles to browse, purchase or have a vehicle serviced.

My Review of Holm Automotive Center Inc :
I was involved in a car accident on 6-1-11 and worked with Holm Auto in Abilene, KS and all of the WONDERFUL folks there with car repairs/estimates, rental car, and with the purchase of my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. On the day of my accident I called Holm Auto and spoke with Pam to say I was having my 2010 Toyota Corolla S towed to their dealership for a repair estimate and that I would also need a rental car. When I arrived at Holm Auto that evening (quite shaken up and injured from my car accident) there to greet me was Tim Holm, the owner of Holm Auto; Pam, Secretary/Receptionist (sorry I do not know Pam's last name); Ross Taplin, Salesman; and Brent (sorry I cannot recall Brent's last name). Not only was a rental car waiting and ready for me to take, but the absloute sincere expression for my well-being was expressed by all of these folks---they will NEVER know what this meant to me in my time of need.

I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Holm Auto and the service and friendship they extend to their customers is absolutely outstanding--always when I come into the dealership, I am greeted by my first name --- I do have to admit with handling the many details from my car accident, I was at the dealership a lot and probably was a "pest"---but NEVER did anyone there make me feel like anything but welcomed.

I simply cannot put into words all of the outstanding services Holm Auto has given to me and that includes the monthly oil changes my car needs due to the distance I commute to my job--ALWAYS a smile and ALWAYS ready and willing to assist me however they can, and for this I am most appreciative. THANK YOU!!!!!

PS---I love my new CRUZE and also my new EQUINOX!!!!!

My father passed 2 mths ago and I have have moved back to western ks to take over the family concrete business and was in need of a new truck. While driving back to my home in manhattan I decided to stop in at holm auto and to my suprise they had the truck I'd been looking for on the lot. The first person I met after walking in the door was Ross a very professional and curtious. After driving the truck and dealing on a price I met with Brent to do the paper work and set up delivery time on my new chevy. My overall experience with Holm auto was great. Being from a small town in western ks they really made me feel at home. I will recomend Holm auto to everyone who is in the market for a car or truck.

The service my husband and I received here was fantastic. From the moment we walked in the door and out, we were treated with friendly, professional, non-pressure service. It made our buying experience very pleasant. Our salesman went over features of the vehicle like it was a new one. He was salesman that you would want to deal with in any purchasing experience. Everyone there was friendly and nice to deal with. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. They do an excellent job cleaning the used vehicles up also.
