Russ Little at Sunrise Toyota Scion

Russ was very professional and courteous. He sat with me and was able to find the best financing possible that would work for me. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He just seems like a real nice guy. Toyota should be proud to have someone like him working for them.

I was greeting by a great smile from Mike. He was very helpful on finding the right car i wanted. He thoroughly explained all the options that were available in the Toyota rav 4. When i picked up my car he went over the whole vehicle to make sure i understood everything. He is very friendly and very helpful.

Kevin and Russ were amazing with us, very patient and took the time to explain every detail of our new car (once we decided we were actually buying a new car lol) and our financing. From the moment Kevin met us on the lot , til the next day when we actually picked up our new car the experience was warm,friendly and very professional even though we were very pressed for time no one "lost their cool" and got us on the road very happily!! We had been avid Chevy fans and owned many but we are so happy with the professionalism and service at Sunrise Toyota that you have made us converts....and our daughter and son in law are coming in to buy a Camry from Kevin soon!! Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little confusion and decisive. Although Eric explained and gave me great sugguestions he never tried to pressure me into the deal. He was also patient with me. I would recommend him to anyone. I believe I could have gotten a better deal but all in all my expierence was good.

My experience with this dealership was FANTASTIC!! My sales man Tom Sweeney was very knowledgeable and friendly. He never pressured us into the deal, he made us feel confident that we were making a smart purchase that we would be able to afford. I would recommend him to anyone! The back office team was a pleasure to deal with as well. From the finance guy to the guys that showed us around all the options of our new car we felt nothing short of appreciated!

From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I drove away in my new Corolla my entire experience with Sunrise Toyota was Great! My salesman Tom Sweeney was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He made me feel at ease. I never felt pressured. He answered any and all of the questions that I had as did Russ,Cathy and Mike. I only have Good things to say about Sunrise Toyota and the people who helped me. I love my new Toyota and I will be recommending Tom Sweeney and Sunrise Totoya to all that I know.

Having purchased new Toyotas since 1986 I think I had a reasonable expectation of a car buying experience havinge "made the rounds" on Long Island.....boy, was I wrong. Sunrise Toyota has totally reset my thinking about dealerships and the whole car buying experience. From the ladies in reception to the salesman (Auggie) to the service tech who helped me navigate the coffee machine, to Russ who handled the paperwork and right up to the experience of new car delivery, (don't recall the gentleman who helped me empty my old car stuff into the new car but he was very helpful) the whole experience was a 10 ! I can say without hesitation that I Sunrise Toyota has made a repeat customer out of me.

As a Sales professional, I can appreciate what a first good impression means to putting a deal together. Between the professionalism I saw in the staff, the inventory in the yard, the cleanliness of the facility and the way I was treated overall, I will most definitely pass on my experience to my friends and family.

Oh yes, the stuffed rooster was a nice touch as well.

Our lease was to end in four months, so we took advantage of toyotas early lease termination program, which eliminated our remaining payments. Our sales consultant was Asdrubal Pichardo, who right from the start made us feel very comfortable and at home, as he explained the details of how the program worked. After exploring our options, we decided on leasing another toyota camry, but we upgraded from the 2010 LE to the 2012 SE model.
Asdrubal helped us narrow down our choices between two colors and other options. He pointed out the advantages the camry's new aerodynamic design and advanced safety features. He actually went out of his way to show us cars of two colors we had in mind by driving them from the lot and parking them side by side so we could compare. (not just showing us pictures). He actually took his time and wound up staying a half hour after closing time, until we were comfortable with our decision. Asdrubal is most certainly one of the most loyal and knowledgeable sales consultants that we have ever dealt with.
