From the original inquiry made over the phone with Sarah all the way through the deal being finished, the entire experience was truly impressive. They were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and fast! The processing time after the application was minimal and before I knew it, I was the proud owner of a 2010 Land Rover Range Rover Sport! When I'm in the market to buy again, Carbiz will be the first place I look. Thanks for making it such a seamless process!

My overall experience was very good. Everyone I dealt with was very easy-going and the environment was low pressure. Matt and I had a little miscommunication about the price, but overall it was not a deal breaker. The follow ups and communication were exceptional and they met my expectations. The financing was much better than I could have received at a private lender. The only complaint I have is that they gave me the car with less than a quarter tank of gas which I was not too pleased about.

I have never been to an dealership that was so helpful and quick with the customer service. They showed teamwork and quality skills that were so impressive you would think you were in a commercial. Truthfully I didn't think I was going to really get a car, but they gave me different options and really worked with me. Short story lol, I left that first day with hope and came back the next day with my brother shopped around picked a car and drove of the lot. The People who worked with us were a blessing and I really appreciate everything they did for us. God Bless Them ALL!!!!!! I HAVE A RELIABLE CAR!!!!!!!

I never thought I would have purchased a vehicle from CarBiz, but all that had quickly changed. Realized my old car salesman was now working here, so I came in to check the inventory, knowing I needed a car badly. Bryan Shannon was very helpful in choosing a car and seemed as though he's studied each cars details. He was an excellent car salesman, but I already knew this. You should try him as well. This finance department was different, it felt comfortable signing your signature away, lol. The finance manager tactfully and fully explained all the details of the paperwork. No quick sign and be gone deal here. That's one of the reasons I liked this dealership. I've got to say this has been the best car buying experience i've ever had. From the new and kept up showroom, to the hospitality of cable, coffee and tea while you wait. All the employees were very professional and courteous. Didn't feel like a place where there are sharks out to get your last dollar. They will work with you and get you done. I'm so glad I made Carbiz my very last stop for buying a car. The customer service was excellent, exceptional and very trustworthy. I came into Carbiz with every doubt in my mind but thanks to Bryan Shannon and Russ Tzvetanov they made it all possible and well worth it. As I was driving by I notice some of the SUV's in the parking lot.When I came inside the location I was approached by Bryan who was very friendley.We sat down & went over some vehicles that I might be interested in,from there we went outside & checked them out.We tested drove the vehicle I choose,from there we came back in started talking numbers.From that point we got Russ involved.They both did a great job explaining everything to my mother,grandmother & myself.It was a fast swift smooth process.I would recommend this place & especially these 2 guys to anybody that would interested in buying a vehicle.

We would give our experience a better score than great if it were possible. Everyone was so nice and helpful. With the salesman there was zero pressure to buy anything, we didn't feel as though we were being "sold". It was a very natural process which was so refreshing! We will absolutely recommend Carbiz and become repeat customers.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness. They showed both concern and empathy. They work with me to match my budget to the best car possible. Good fair deal on my trade in. Extremely satisfy. I am sure to recommend them to my co-workers and friends. In the future, when my time to buy a car comes around again, regardless if I am in Florida or New York, I'll buy from them again with confidence.

Our buying experience was very pleasant at Carbiz. Javier was friendly, personable, and helpful. He suggested a few cars that were within our price range and did a great job of helping us through our first car-buying experience. Russ was also very helpful and personable while walking us through the financing portion of the deal. Our entire buying experience at Carbiz was very positive, hassle-free, and greatly exceeded our expectations. We'd recommend this dealership to our friends and will certainly be using them for any future purchases.
